I was wondering if moderators get paid for their work.

How long does each moderator moderate for? how long are the shifts? And do you man the computer the whole time during your shift or live a normal life and just check it now and then?

The moderators time on RGM is differerent from one mod to another, just like the amount of time us regular posters are on.

Its not like moderating is a job that you have to be on a 9-5 shift or whatever.

I never read my scripts, I just recite all my thoughts off the top of my head every night, a la Stephen Colbert.
