Would we have a chance against DET/BOS in the playoffs?

The right mid-season trade could certainly make things interesting, but I don't think that roles on this team are nearly defined clearly enough for us to know what the right move is, much less actually see it come along. I think we'd have to have our act together far enough before the deadline to know what that need is first, and then pursue it. It's getting a bit late in the season. The kitchen is about to close.

ITs a good pt. Sensi. I look at this team and I am not sure about TONS of stuff

- What are best rotations?
- Who is likely to develop the most?
- Who can we easily part with due to depth?
- What is our positions of weakness? Strength? That need addressing?
- If this year is a bust, rather than a win it now scenario, who becomes MORE of a trade asset?

I wish we had less depth. I wish our kids were getting more minutes. I would give up wins at this point for some clarity as to what things might look like at the beginning of NEXT season.

YOU HAVE TO FIND OUT IF THE KIDS CAN PLAY.. I am not sure practice is the place for that - Thabo/Gray/TT/Naoh.

YOU HAVE TO DECIDE NOW if you intend to ante up for Luol/Bitty Ben - Both/One/Neither

I just wan't answers! Good/Bad, whatever, just DATA.

a great key point to changing our fortunes is to have any clue what we have and what are the best roles for our current players so we know how to reshape our team. this year is a failure moreso due to this problem. we have learned nothing about our players. obviously the other problem is we suck.

I don't know if this is true, but, it appears that the money that we have tied up in Kirk, BW and Nocioni is preventing us from offering money to Gordon and Deng, which would mean that we may have to give THEM up for draft picks, and turning the season around may be the only way to convince ownership to pony up for the Luxury Tax to retain them.

Can anyone confirm?

No chance at all. We might have a chance to buy tickets to a Boston Detroit matchup though

Darn the magic 8-ball! Let's try some questions and see what we get.

http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~ssanty/cgi-bin/eightball.cgi

1. How will the 2007-2008 season go?

Magic 8-ball says - "No Way!"

2. Are the bulls headed for the draft lottery? -

Magic 8-ball says - "ask again later" (cop out)

3. Will TT ever develop to meet his potential?

Magic 8-ball says - "ask again later" Bah!

4. Will we make a big trade by year end?

Magic 8-ball says - "No way!"

5. Will we resign BOTH Loul and Bitty Ben?

Magic 8-ball says - "Maybe" ok, this is getting frustrating, much like our season

6. Does Boylan have a clue?

Magic 8-ball says - "Ablsolutely!" Hum....

7. Is Kirk over-rated? -

Magic 8-ball says - "definitely"

8. Does anyone on this team have any heart?

Magic 8-ball says - "No Way!" Uh oh

9. Are we DOOMED DOOMED DOOMED???

Magic 8-ball says - "Maybe"

10. Ok, the can we get to .500 by years' end?

Magic 8-ball says - "No Way!"

I give...... besides the Finger, there are few forces in this universe more cryptically powerful than is the MAGIC 8-BALL (said with a booming voice)
