I saw we didnt have a game thread yet for the game tonight. Hopefully we can beat Seattle tonight with more momentum for Thursday's matchup.

I know it's plain, but enjoy. :)

Go Lakers!

It's going to be a close game. We will probably win by 1-4.

i coulda sworn weve had pics on game threads all yr. No pic here? this is bad luck!.....Throw some pics up asap please!!!

jk.... thanx for starting the thread nixx.

Lakers have to take this game. (division lead over suns plus the hope that Dally looses!) They have had their time to think about the no-bynum situation. last night they had an excuse. this time, guys have to step up.

Lakers shut everyone else down, let the rook get his..whateva... and win this game by 7.

GO LAKERS!!!

Haha, i know what you mean. especially since our big fella is out of comission right now. My long time GF is also a big Laker fan, and she reads our forum, she was all pissy that there weren't any pics up as well.

It's okay, one game thread purely of heart rather than flash is okay, no?

Im going to the game on Monday against Denver. I almost cried when i saw bynumite hit the deck :(

Going to be tough to adjust without Bynum. If we had a few days to prepare, i think we'd be fine (easy win), but since we don't i think this'll definetly be a tough game.

Everyone needs to step up. Especially Odom and Kwame.

If we win and Dallas loses we lead the West......even if it's just for a day or 2.

Yep, that'd be nice. I was really hoping they'd lose to the Clippers the other night. Too bad Stackhouse bailed them out.

I think we'll pull this one out... It'll be interesting to see if we come out with energy and intensity, or if we're disheartened and sluggish.

On a more general note, I hope that the Bynum injury will lead to guys like LO, Fish, Luke and Ronny stepping up, as opposed to Kobe reverting back to 30 FGA/game

Lakers win by 20.

Kwame Brown will get a decent double-double (20-10) and Odom will make his first triple-double (12 pts, 15 reb, 10 as) of the season (and career?). That would be nice. Without Bynum, two players have to step up specially: Kwame and Lamar. Let

time to step up in this one lakers. if we lose, this could be a huge confidence killer to start these dreadful 8 weeks.

Damn, I don't mean to sound like a pessimist, but look at how we did in the 4th quarter of last night's game. We blew a double digit lead to a sub .500 team. Apparently, that's the kind of impact that Bynum brings to the game offensively and defensely, but I am confident that our players will step up and management will make the essential changes in order for us to win the game. I see us winning this game, but it might go down to the wire due to fact that we are adjusting to the loss of Bynum.
