Kobe, 44 shots today vs. Seattle

Post#1 » by jzmagik » Tue Jan 15, 2008 5:52 am

I don't watch many Laker games, but I find it interesting he went on a shooting spree today when Bynum wasn't playing. Is he gonna go back into chucker mode now that his second best players out for 2 months?

The Lakers sucked tonight collectively. Kobe did what needed to be done to win. Anyone who watched the game could see that.

The Lakers lost Bynum last night. You got to give them some time to adjust their game plan and practice and play without him.

The Lakers played horrible tonight, mostly on the defensive end. There were only about 4 players for the Lakers tonight who played with heart and looked like they wanted to win, a lot of players just looked out of it, including Odom.

Bryant shot A LOT, but he made 47% so not bad, but hopefully he won't have to do that every night.

I won't be surprised if he did revert back to the way he played last year now that bynum is injured, lebron won't be the leading scorer for long.

That too, It took a one man show for kobe to carry them past the sonics in which durant shot horrendously, and in which they let collison grab a mega double double on 10/16

much needed 44 shots from Kobe tonight. Pathetic offense and defense by lamar and kwame and they togather make 24 or 26 million dollars a season produced 16 points tonight.

maybe you didn't watch the game?

Lamar, Kwame, and Luke, 3 of our starters, were a combined 7-25. What else is Kobe supposed to do?

Maybe they won BECAUSE of Kobe..hmmmm

if a player takes over 44 shots he better make atleast 60 % of them because unless he was that hot he had no business taking all them which will put his teamates to sleep heck, lakers got lucky to get this win kobe only needed 46 shots to score 81

nope, they were sucking because they're second scorer was gone.

LO shot horribly on his normal shots, same with luke. not even gonna go there with kwame.

our bench came up huge for us, and kobe broguth it home.

i could justify most of his shots.

I'll be happy if the Lakers can manage to stay around the 4-5 spot in the West over the next 8 weeks.

a win is a win.

once kwame hopefully gets in rythm and chris mihm returns, perhaps the ball will spread more but with no attention being drawn in the middle then kobe is going to have do even more.

the lakers will not likely keep up their pace but as long they stay away from matching up with the Spurs in the first round. They are going to be a dangerous team.
