Dallas lost tonight. Lakers got the tiebreaker on phoenix. Its a shame I have such a bad feeling about such a great thing. Discuss.

Yay!

You got a bad feeling because you know Bynum had a big part of the Lakers rise to No. 1 status. Now that Bynum is hurt, you don't feel too confident for the next few months.

Don't get your hopes up, as long as Odom continues to give us his usual 6 points a game performance, we will be in the lottery land soon enough.

Its funny because it could be true.

caron butler killed the celtics late in the 4th...Caron is showing he can be a 1st option if the 1st option is out..he is also showing that he IS a 2nd option if the 1st option is here...man i missd this guy..

he woulda been a guaranteed 19pts 7rebs 5ast guy on this team with drew and kobe

You begin to appreciate someone more when he/she isn't around you...We've appreciated Bynum, as for me, since he was drafted, someone else less, but it doesn't matter ! When he comes healthy in 2 months, we'll appreciate him even more !

How many wanted him to be shipped out ?! How many ?! Especially here. Now you see and will see what could happen if Bynum were shipped out !

We sure had a chance to be number one at seasons end, if Bynum was not injured.

I dont like Kwame as much as the next guy. But we are stuck with him and are lacking in depth at that position. We should realize that even trading him will be hard in the regard that we might not get back what we need.

Kwame is Kwame ....but if there is any truth to postive energy then I suggest we all start practicing it. Send Kwame your positive mojo because we dont have many other options.

i agree lets hope for the best and try to rub a good Mojo off on Kwame as Phil said

were #1 right now .. got a tough schedule ahead but if we just focus on the next game only and dont look ahead .. we should be alright

It's a weird feeling to see the Lakers at #1 in the Western Conference and the Celtics on top of the Eastern Conference... YIKES!

LAKER FANS...................... FEELING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS: We're off to our best "start" since the 2001-02 season when we posted a 28-9 record after 37 games. I know that won't continue, but that should put some perspective on what we have to look forward to with this current squad when they are finally healthy. :)

Awesome never in my wildest dreams could I have envisioned this.
