No it wouldn't. Assuming it were prostate cancer, the recovery period after surgery would only take a couple of weeks.


Prostate cancer at that age is unlikely and probably very serious

I was actually comparing pictures to prove he wasn't on streoids. As said, on that first picture he's like 17 or 18 years old. It's only natural to develop upper body strength. The difference in thos two pictures aren't that great at all.
