This schedule is perfect. Now we can showcase both Dixon and Graham each night for 20 minutes or so, where they will be averaging 20ppg and then trade him away for some really good players. These games will make Dixon and Graham look like all stars, and its a perfect timing for the trade deadline. Its all up to smitch now.

I would say 16 games are winnable not 20.

Not to be a downer but, this place is gonna 'splode if we lose those 2 to Washington and that 1 to LA in those first 4 games.

Obviously. This place complains about 3 game winning streaks simply because we didn't win every game by 25+ points.

This place seemed happier back when we were winning 27 games a season and I was considered the negative influence on the block.

This place was easier to keep happy back when we were winning 27 games a season.

Yep. We're second only to post-Communist East Germany in terms of misplaced nostalgia.

You people seem to be forgetting all the so called "Winnable games" that we lost so far this season.
I won't say that I would be happy with a 10-10 over the next 20, but I certainly wouldn't be surprised.

LOL. Don't you think San Antonio playing the Raps at home was considered a winneable game for them? So where does that game and the rest of the games we stole fit into this theory of yours?

Guess what, every team in the league will lose a bunch of close (so-called winneble) games this year. Nobody wins them all.

We're not an elite team nor were we ever considered one. We've had some key injuries. We've played the 4th toughest schedule in the league and yet through all that, we're still 3 games above .500.

Some people need to termper their impossible expectations for this team.

No, I'm not forgetting, and that's exactly why I wrote what I did. This team is no different than any other. Just because these are 20 "easy" games, doesn't mean we will win 20 or even close to 20 of them. We have been playing fairly bad in "winnable" games so far this season, and I don't really expect that to change right now. In fact, the only reason we have won the last few is because of Bosh and Parker....everyone else who was playing great before seem to be in a bit of slump. If that trend continues, Bosh will need to keep being huge for us, and that can only last so long.

Fair enough. My apologies for misinterpreting your previous post.

While it's certainly not out of the question, I'd be somewhat surprised to see us go 10-10 over the next 20 games. We're not an elite team but we've been very good at handling weaker opponents these past 2 seasons. These guys do a very good job of showing up to play every night and not taking any game for granted.
