Would you trade Gooden and 2 first rounders for Michael Redd?

Lottery protected yes. Joe Johnston was traded to altanta for two 1st and a Boris Diaw two years ago and what did Cleveland end up with?????? I forgot Atlanta also gave up 6 million too.

The draft for us is a crap shoot at best where we would be picking. Mid to upper 20's

Atlanta was swindled in that trade, but I for one would much rather have Johnson than Redd. IMO Redd is a highly paid specialist while Johnsons skill set is much more diverse.

I dont think they do a Gooden trade because they dont need frontcourt help. But I think they possibly do a

Larry Hughes, Donyell Marshall, Shannon Brown and a 1st rd pick for Michael Redd and Dan Gadzuric.

They only way I give another first is for a PG so more than likely if we add a first than we add Newble and take Bell.

Or we trade for a PG after this trade goes through. Maybe since we wouldnt look so desperate anymore Sac would do a Bibby for Gooden.

But we have to consider our cap with every decision we make thats why most of these trades are debatable because we lose picks and financial capabilities.

Did Philly even get 2 1st's for Iverson? Or Minny 2 1st's for Garnett?

Redd would be nice to have here, sure, but we still would have our PG problem and then we would have 4 near max contracts on our team. Doesnt make sense unless Larry is on his way out somewhere, and even then, we ruin our future for a shot at it all now.

We shouldn't be trading away anymore draft picks. Lebron is 23, we need to build this team with a long term mindset.

Trade all our big contracts for expirings and waive them and tank the next 3 years?

Are you kidding? Heck yea! I'd give up anyone not named LeBron and MAYBE Varejao...
