When Joe Smith Stops Smiling You Know You're in Trouble...

Post#1 » by bullzman23 » Wed Jan 16, 2008 1:59 am

I write this rant as I watch the Bulls run an iso for Adrian Griffin.

Paxson exploded on North's show. I've never seen him lose his composure (not that I blame him) and sound so flustered before.

Boylan decides to start Duhon, Wallace, and Sefolosha. Assuming that Gordon doesn't play again (we're down by 26) he'll finish the game with 15 minutes while Duhon has played 31 and counting. Noce broke his butt. Khryapa is in. I mean what the hell...

Joe Smith is no longer smiling, and neither am I.

After the last loss I was convinced that our playoff chances were officially over. This spanking has to be the next straw. Perhaps Pax will step in and demand that Thomas, Sefolosha, Noah, and Gray get PT now. Maybe he pulls a trade of some sort simply out of anger. I don't know what will happen, but we need to bring Joe's smile back.

If Pax wanted to step in and demand Tyrus/Noah/Gray/Sefolosha got mass playing time, he would have done it by now.

2 of them will probably be traded before deadline anyway, it doesn't seem like he wants to take a step even further back.

It's been brought to my attention that Smith was laughing his ass off on the bench. I have to assume that it's a laugh out of disgust. These low lives have corrupted Joe Smith. I won't change the title.

Trade them for what? Seriously.

We're going to get killed in any deal, and there isn't anything out there that's going to make us significantly better.
Scottie Pippen's response to whom he would pick for his running mate, Michael or LeBron: "That's a dumbass question. I've never done anything with LeBron. I wouldn't take LeBron to the movies."

Hey Wallace, you've just screwed the entire Bulls organization, their future, and their fans, what are you gonna do now?

Wallace, "uh, I don't care, I got my headband back."

Wallace: "I called a team meeting and Bulls_MIT, you are suspended indefinitely."

You know, the "<BONG>" was really the rug that tied the room together, in your post.

Well played.
