How could no one mention Baron Davis yet?
Martin is quick, but I don't think he's as quick as a lot of players. For example, Iguodala is quicker imo. And of course, Wade. Rudy Gay and Tyrus Thomas are amazingly quick athletes. Ronnie Brewer is a freak. Jamal Crawford is shockingly quick with his crossover. Frankly, I think LeBron is quicker too. BTW, nobody gives credit to Rashad McCants, but he was an amazingly explosive player before his knee injury, andf he remains very athletic.
thats all I can think of, but I'm sure there are more.
Quickness is not Martin's selling point. Neither is his length, or flat out speed, or leaping ability. Its sort of how much of everything he has, combined with a great bball IQ.

This is pretty much what I was going to say. Lebron is certainly up and down faster than Kevin (and the whole league for that matter), but I'd say Kevin is definitely quicker.
The only guy I could really see an argument for (over 6'4") that might actually be quicker is Wade. Quickness definitely is one of Kevin's main assets. It's that time and time again, no matter how many times he burns a guy, the guy just seems to underestimate how quick he is. The defender will try to overcompensate, and this is how Kevin gets a lot of fouls.

Yeah, I just notice that...Martin OUTRUNS any defender matched up against him...
His speed/quickness are severely underrated in these boards IMO... He is ****in fast....
