That's why you don't trade someone like Asdrubal Cabrera for pennies on the dollar. This is a very frustrating season...the team's inability to win a close game is frustrating to say the least.

I used to be able to trust J.J. with any game last year, this year, he's starting off pretty shaky. He needs to get back to his game if we want to win, what a disappointing loss.

Here's an even cooler stat:

RBI vs. Cliff Lee -
Wladimir Balentien 3
Rest of the American League 1

UPDATE: After last night's Cleveland-New York game, this stat remains intact.

Cliff freakin' Lee. Wow.

I'm gonna keep updating this every five days for as long as the stat remains intact. Wladimir Balentien still possesses 75% of all the RBI hit off Cliff Lee this year.

I don't think anyone has any idea. This is a guy who was left off the postseason roster just last year, and could easily have been traded for just about nothing. But it's phenomenal to watch, and I hope he keeps it up as long as he's not playing the M's.

I disagree...if he keeps it up, then he's the type of guy Bavasi will throw millions at if he hits free agency. :D

Well, sorry Ex-hippie, you can't say that anymore.

Yup, Wlad the Impaler is down to a paltry 30% of all the RBI off Lee this year. Thus endeth my regular updates.
