SAC/CHI/CLE

Post#1 » by longfellow44 » Wed Jan 16, 2008 6:08 am

I'm not sure if everyone would like this idea so I wanted to get some opinions. I think it makes each team better.

Chi sends
Noah
Duhon
Chi Recieves
Gooden

Sac sends
Bibby
Sac Recieves
Noah
Duhon
Newble
Brown

Cle Sends
Gooden
Newble
Brown
Cle Recieves
Bibby

Reasoning
Cle-They get their PG that they want next to lebron and get him for cheaper than expected
Sac-We get the type of Big that we need and Duhon and Udrih could man the PG spot till a Permenant starter is found.
Chi-They distance themselves from Noah but also get a low post scorer Gooden is the best but he is certainly an upgrade over Smith.

Distance?

I HIGHLY doubt the Noah issue has gotten THAT bad.

I don't think it would be too hard to send Douby to the bulls in this trade. He would actually be a pretty good back up for Hinrich.

I know the issues in Chi with Noah aren't bad enough that they would be looking for a trade but this is the kind of trade that could help them.

Yes I agree the kings do well here but I think the cavs have Zero reason to complain. The kings aren't dumping KT on them and there is no 1st coming back to the kings so the cavs should be happy with the value.

I think its good for the Cavs.

Kings make out good

Bulls are the only one that probably that decline

is there anything we could do to make it better for the bulls? The reason being I like the idea of a Noah/Hawes front court

I don't want to add Douby, maybe Dahtey Jones. Bibby is leaving I expect Douby to stay. Otherwise whats the point of moving Bibby with the way we are playing small ball?

We can easily get Bibby, Beno, Martin, Garcia, Artest, Salmons minutes with Artest, hell even Garcia playing PF

I think more needs to come from the Cavs. Since they're not absorbing Kenny's contract AT ALL here they need to foot more of the load to the Bulls. Have them send Shannon Brown to the Bulls to replenish their guard stash.

This actually isn't terrible for the Bulls. My issue is that Gooden is more salary than we can probably afford to take on. Ultimately we pass, but the from a value standpoint its okay.

I'm starting to take a liking to Noah, forget the whole suspension mess. I think the issues are more with Wallace than Noah. I'd rather have Noah for now instead of Gooden.

I think the deal would need to be sweetened at least a bit for noah . Wallace is the problem in the locker room not him.

Right now, Noah may actually be the last guy on the Bulls I would trade. He is productive on the court and generally looks like he gives a crap. If players and coaches have a problem with him, well then, **** them.

We'll add a guard to the Bulls if they give us a post player... *Cough* Wallace for Hughes *cough*.

Forget the rest of the deal and lets just do Wallace for Hughes straight up. Hell I'd still throw in Duhon.

No. Jones, Snow and Marshall have "issues" and you know that. Wallace also sucks, even worse than them. However, no reason to dump Gordon just to get rid of Wallace.

Terrible.

Ditching Wallace is not so important that we need to give up other assets to get him. If thats the only way I'd rather buy him out or just waive him.

I'm not so high on this like other sac fans here seem to be. Even though we move Bibby, we are not moving most of his $$$. We have to at LEAST be moving SAR - and much more preferably K9 - to be willing to move Bibby. Otherwise we sit on him.
