Again, how can you compare Hump's jumpers with Andrea's? I know you hate on Bargnani a lot (and I'm not saying it's at least partially justified) but what exactly are you trying to say? That Hump is a better jump shooter than Bargs? There's a saying that "stats never tell the full story" and I think a stat that suggests that Hump is a better jump shooter than Bargs can truly attest to that statement.

A good rebounder and physical, which automatically makes him a pretty important piece in our lineup. He still has his Hakeem moments, where he thinks he's option number 1, 2, and 3 on offense, but other than that I'd consider him a valuable 7-8th guy off the bench.

I'm not trying to say anything. The previous poster wondered who of Hump and Bargs was shooting better. I checked the stats and confirmed his suspicion.

I'm not hating.

I Love Hump... I get annoyed when he thinks he's Hakeem but other than that... there's not much to hate. He provides and does everything this team lacks, which is bang downlow/box out/score around the basket/get physical/not afraid to get dirty. This teams already soft as hell and for people who think he shouldn't be playing at all really don't understand the importance of his game. To top things off... he's young/improving/coachable/doesn't complain when he doesn't see the floor.

As for people who get all offended when any hate gets thrown Bargnanis way. That stat just shows that if u think Humphries has been bad shooting the ball away from the basket... then look at Bargs. Of course Bargnani has the potential to be the better shooter but those numbers are pretty sad for our "shooting specialist." So far this year, he's been MUCH better than Bargnani and has actually contributed to this team a lot more. This is also considering the fact that he gets nothing handed to him. He earns every minute he gets. I'm done talking about Bargnani... until he proves he has some worth, it's just a waste of my time. I'm pulling for the guy so much... I want him to succeed but it gets annoying seeing him fail time after time.

I think he does a good job and it was a steal for Hoffa. At 22, he has come along good and Smitch is trying to imprint his brain with his role - he'll learn and become an even better asset to this team. I love that he drives and drives hard all the time, dude is not afraid of anyone

The only problem with Humphries is that he wasnt the first overall pick by BC, then all of you would be in love with him and demand he start and take 10 years to develope.

Humphries is a better C then Bargnani thats a fact, why we have a worse player starting at the C is beyond me?

Bargnani needs to moved to another position if we want the best lineup on the floor, and if he cant succeed at that position then BC has to trade him for someone who can. Bargnani to NewJersey for Vince Carter. Get'r done BC!!

How do those stats prove Bargs is worse at C? Because of that 1 rebound??

One of the bad things is that it requires good hips to do it properly.

Stats dont prove it, their play does, who can finish stronger at the rim? Humphries

who plays better deffense around the rim? Humphries

who gets more rebounds around the rim? Humphries

whos got better post moves? Humphries

who shoots a better 3ball? Bargnani

why is our C shooting 3balls? Smitchell

who's a better C? Humphries

why's a crappier C starting? BC, BC can have is 1st pick starting in the form of a trade for some who can start. Vince Carter.
