Compare his work ethic to Kobe, or even a T-Mac, and you will understand what the players are talking about.

Carter is more naturally talented than both of those guys, but those guys make the most out of what they have.

Yeah, but there's no denying that T-Mac's work ethic is > Carter's. T-Mac actually works on his game in the summer and has a pretty rigorous workout plan.

The only thing "Contender" and I have in common is that we criticize Bosh. So by your logic everyone who criticizes Bosh is the same poster. But by the same logic everyone who criticizes Bargs must also be the same poster. And everyone who criticizes Smitch must also be the same poster. I've also criticized Bargs and Smitch.
