kwame by far.
i mean look at his body. he has the most muscles this side of malone, yet he can't do a thing with them. he had skill and potential as can be seen from clips from HS games, yet his skills have dramatically regressed from then.
seriously, kwame has the body to be one of the best PFs in the league, but the BB IQ of the ball itself.
BTW, i think that shaq is also in the running. I mean he dominated on athleticism alone for the most part. he ahd this unique body with amazing athleticism, but didn't really develop his game much after a few years in the league. I honestly feel that shaq has wasted more potential than most players in the league will ever have. as good as he was, and he was amazing and HOF center, he could have been the unquestionable GOAT and eclipsed jordan. not to say that he was bad, but i am saying he should have been even better.

PG- Sebastion Telfair / Shaun Livingston

SF- Darius Miles / Tim Thomas
PF- Kwame Brown / Eddie Griffin (RIP)
C-- Mike Olowokandi / Chris Wilcox
This is incomplete without a mention of Benoit Benjamin. Between Olowokandi and Benjamin the Clippers have had two of the most laziest and underachieving centers ever who were high lottery picks.

A lot of the guys listed are guys people thought were going to be dominant players, but really weren't (i.e Kwame). That's not coulda, shoulda, woulda...
It seems the list should be guys who clearly had hall of fame talent, but something happened to derail it.
Ralph Sampson
Len Bias
Grant Hill
David Thompson
Penny
The first 3 each could have been top 10 to top 20 all time players.

Shaq, McGrady and Carter shouldn't be listed..Shaq is a top 10 player of all-time, so he used MOST of his potential..McGrady has been a top 5 player in the NBA for many years, and is still in the top 15, so he has used up a lot of his potential..Carter has used the least amount of potential of the 3 in this case, but he has still been a top 7 player in the NBA earlier on in his career, and has been in the top 20 MANY times..
these 3 can't be put in the same company as others who have only had a few good seasons, or none at all..

I never saw Len Bias, but how can you say he can be a top 10 player when he never played in a NBA game?
