Hell no to the Original deal. There's no way we're dealing Artest for garbage and a couple late picks without Kenny Thomas attached. Even with Kenny attached the trade is still dubious from the Kings POV.

Moving Kenny Thomas is undoubtedly more important that acquiring mid to late-ish 1st round picks.

POB? Isn't he a FA after this season anyway. We literally clear NO more salary than would be there anyway for '09.
