OK i am real close to jumping on the Trade Sergio Band wagon. When he is in this team is not as good and if it is then its more in spite of him then because of him. Sergio is talented but he still cannot shoot it and he tends to over dribble it at times. He has had his moments but overall i just do not see much improvement out of him.

I wish they'd stop doing the pick and roll. Miami has it figured out.

Oh great, Nate is refusing to play PrzyB when he should again. Sweet.

Why does he torture us like this? He must have more fun if the game is close or something.

Hoooooly **** who knew Roy could get up like that? Jesus, his elbow was approaching rim height.

Its clear the Blazers need help scoring but hes not
stepping up. I know, easier said then done but its
still true.. .Roy has done VERY good this season,
but hes just not a All-Star, this game is showing it.

But I still think hes awesome!!

Roy got frickin smacked in the head on that nasty backdoor layup!!! Did you see it on the replay? That was a DIFFICULT layup, even moreso because he got hit. More contact than Wade got on that alley oop, yet no call. Oh well.

His pre-draft vert was 40.5", he just doesn't show it often. When he does, it's always a "wow!" moment.

James Jones is great. He does all the little things that other teams do to us. For example, he gets away with push-offs all the time. Plus, you can't beat the "James Jones flop," which basically consists of falling down after every three-pointer if a defender is in the area. He gets the call about 25% of the time. Sometimes it's nice to have someone in there who knows the little tricks.

I've been hearing it all night, Roy crying out as he goes to the hoop. The guy does not make that kind of noise unless he's getting fouled, and they're just not giving him any calls. He's playing through it though, and the more he can do that the more respect he'll get from the refs.

It's the Reggie Miller "stick your leg out and get the guy to run into it" move. He played with Reggie in Indiana so I'm sure that's where he learned it. The great thing is that even though it's cheap as all hell, it's a legitimate foul because the guy is running into you.

What a shot by Outlaw. He is some closer for this team.

Yeah, I've been hearing Roy's cry too. But I dunno, I've seen him do the cry a lot of times in games when it wasn't even close to a foul. ;)

Anyway, Outlaw with the huge shot. Thanks for making up for that turnover :)

If I'm not mistaken, ESPN just showed a stat showing that Portland has DOUBLE the free throws that Miami does. This really is a different season.

Roy was superstar level in this quarter, but James Jones quietly made a HUGE difference. Couple nice tips, the 3-pointers, and some good defense.

Also Jarrett Jack has been playing fantastic basketball for a pretty good while now.
