Isn't there a rule that would prohibit us from signimg him within a year of us trading him? If this is the case then this topic is mute.

At this point, Theo is injured too often. Too much of a risk. I don't think it makes sense to have him use a roster spot is he's going to be in the deactivated more often than not.
