As a Bucks fan, I'd give up Voskuhl (expiring) and Villanueva.

Smith could share minutes with Yi and probably teach him a thing or two. Bucks could really use some veteran leadership, and Smith has played in Milwaukee before.

Bulls would get a talented but inconsistent PF who can create his own shot any time. They also safe a few $$.

Cliff Levingston thinks Smith won't be traded by himself; there's no reason to. As said before in this thread, he's been playing very well for us, offers things that our other big men don't, is a great locker room guy and has a very good contract.

If he's traded, it would be as part of a deal for a better big man or some other piece the Bulls could use. Something along the lines of Smith + Thomas + Nocioni for Gasol... or the proposed deal for Odom which Cliff Levingston likes a lot for the Bulls:

1. Hinrich, Duhon
2. Sefolosha, Gordon, Vujacic
3. Deng, Walton
4. Odom, Thomas
5. Wallace, Noah, Gray

Well then keep him. Any team could have gone after him in the off season, and Chicago was the only one willing to offer the MLE. If a team didnt want to give him 5 mill in the offseason, why would they want to do it now AND lose a first?

He is making an average salary and putting up average numbers. The only way you could dream of a first is if a team is planning on selling their first round pick anyways (a la Phoenix)

I would do that as a bulls fan. It gives us a young scoring pf. Once Wallace is gone Noah, Thomas, Villa and Gray would be a decent front court.

not sure on CV's atttitude, but his talent is w/out question. However, bucks are not a joe smith away from anything. The best deal I could think of is
smith for BBarry and the rights to splitter
