I think we should use this as a halfway Grade thread.
My Grades:
Calderon: A (Very solid filling in for Ford, I have said this before, he's the 2nd best PG in the East this year)
Bosh: A (Slow start due to injury, but the Raps is a lottery team without him. He is playing the best ball in his career right now)
Parker: C+ (His offense is pretty much the same as last year, but slipped on D this season)
Bargnani: F (I actually thought he would improve from last season, instead he regressed. Don't blame Sam on this, he is doing everything to help Bargnani to improve.)
Moon: B+ (A pleasant surprise, and he gives the team a much needed shot blocking presense. Now, if he could stop shooting the 3 point shot...)
Ford: A- (He is amazing before the injury. Please do come back soon.)
Delfino: B- (Likes his rebounding and his defense, but the dude is one streaky shooter and his shot selection is horrible)
Kapono: C (As expected, great shooter, but horrible at almost everything else)
Hump: B+ (Like Moon, a nice surprise. I didn't think he will be any better after last season, but he's the new JYD for this team. Though sometimes thinks he's Karl Malone)
Rasho: C (Doesn't play as much, and his offense comes and goes. But still valuable for this team against bigger guys in the post)
Dixon: F (Shooting guard in a PG body. Forced to play out of position due to situation. Clearly, he can't do it.)
Martin: F--------(To me F is the lowest grade, but how do you indicate a player who's so useless that a grade can't justify it. Martin, please do us a favor and retire.)
Joey G: D (I don't expect much from him, and ofcourse he didn't give much either. Still the same dumb player who is probably better in WWE than basketball)
Baston: Incomplete

Calderon: A
Shooting +50/+40/+90 with excellent A/TO ratings. Excellent year
Bosh: A-
At the start of the year he was a B-, now an A+ after his injuries have healed.
Parker: C
Starting to look better B. Start of the season he wasn't so hot.
Bargnani: D-
He's been bad. Real bad. The only thing keeping me from giving him an F is his few very good games, and the injuries that might make his season preformance look worse then if he was healthy.
Moon: B
Benn better then anybody could have expected. He still doesn't drive enough though, and settles for inconsitant jumpshots though.
Ford: A-
Was the only person producing early on. Few brain farts (Jazz game), and the team not running like last year. Although that could have been Boshs's injury problems.
Delfino: B-
Brings much needed Rebounding, and man to man defence. His shot selection is sketchy though.
Kapono: C
Shoots well, but has been pretty average, and lost in the mediocre mix of wings. Hasn't been preticularly great, or bad. Just average.
Hump: B+
He's not being an idiot near as much. For what he's being asked to do he's been a been excellent.
Rasho: C-
Not playing as much. Not as big a part of the team last year.
Dixon: D
If he was playing this bad at SG I'de give him an F. But he's being asked to do something he's never done before so D it is.
Martin: D
He sucks. We all knew it coming in. But he hasn't sucked much more then I thought really. Hasn';t turned the ball over, or jacked quite as much lately but still shoots awful, and does nothing really on offense, or defence which was to be expected.
Joey G: F+
I had hopes for him considering he was decent at the end of last year. But he's really done nothing to get court time. Isn't that good. The + is for his few big dunks.

Bosh - A- (season as a whole)
Ford - A (pre-injury)
Parker - C+ (very slow start, some good games, but inconsistent)
Moon - B+ (I concur with Sam, where would the team be without him)
Kapono - C- (disappearing act of late)
Delfino - C (plagued by inconsistency)
Bargnani - D- (misplaced his game somewhere)
Calderon - A- (see stats)
Nesterovic - C (hasn't played well at all)
Humphries - C (over-rated around these parts)
Graham - D (has not progressed since his rookie year)
Dixon - C- (unfortunately playing out of position)
Martin - F (has not contributed at all in spot minutes played)
Baston - Inc (self-explanatory)
Garbajosa - Inc (ditto)
Ford - A (pre-injury)

Jose Calderon: A
His defense is terrible and puts a lot of pressure on an already porous defense but who can argue with the job he's done in TJ's absence. Nothing short of brilliant!
Anthony Parker: C
He is starting to round into form but for most of the season thus far he has been at or below average.
Jamario Moon: B-
He's been a real blessing but I can't grade him on a curve just because he should be in the D-league. His offense is mostly average at best
Chris Bosh: A-
He has been brilliant especially running a one man show. He needs to be a better leader and help mentor guys like Bargnani. Its his team he needs to take more ownership of it. Lead.
Andrea Bargnani: D-
A shadow of what he was last year. He needs to seek council, mentally he's just not there.
Juan Dixon: C
He has never met a shot he didn't like.
Rasho Nesterovic: C
Same ole Rasho nothing new here.
Carlos Delfino: B-
He's been a welcome addition but his game is still on par with what he did in Detroit, I expected better numbers with more playing time.
Jason Kapono: B
He just isn't left alone out there, they play him REAL tight on the perimeter. He's doing his job, they won't be able to double Bosh as much when TJ is back and Pono's on the floor
Kris Humphries: B-
Has had some amazing games for us but has failed to rid himself of the "black hole" moniker.
Joey Graham: D
Terrible. His days as a Raptor are numbered.
Darrick Martin: D
He is what he is. A useless PG.
T.J. Ford: A
A lot of the questions we have this year stem from not having him in the lineup. He is sorely missed and was the best Raptor before his injury.
Jorge Garbajosa: N/A
Maceo Baston: N/A
Scrub
Sam Mitchell: B
Considering all of the injuries and the tough schedule we had at the beginning, Sam has done a pretty good job. He needs to find a way to get to Drea that is job NUMBER 1 for this guy!

Defensively he's been awful and he hasn't impacted games enough in the early stretch. Stats don't tell the whole story.
No they don't but he's getting the short end of the stick here. I think people expect him to shoot 6-9FG for 16 points and shut his man down consistently.
Yeah, he's always late getting back to his man who always seems to drain a three in his face while he's helping out for no reason. But that was the case last year too.
I'll settle for a B- since he's kept us in a few games singlehandedly in the first half and has gradually improved over the year.

You realize there isn't much difference between a B- and a C right?
Everything you said I agree with but that amount to a C in my books.
