I think our season may have been defined today. We just aren't quite ready yet.

I'm so proud to have Smoove on this team. What an absolute stud doing it all.

I love how Outlaw stepped up on that last play and hit a big shot. We haven't seen Marvin, Chillz and our role players step into that role at any point of the season.

Woody killed them with that horrible timeout.

And with keeping Acie out the game the rest of the way after he realy sparked the team in the 3rd.

But what can you say. they hit some tough shots. Good game.

Great game guys. This game has really changed my opinions on the Hawks. Both teams really played their hearts out and the game really could have gone either way.

It's really starting to look like we're not ready. "The ship be sinkin'"

but I would say for all the "Trade Josh smith and this will be a more complete team" you just saw why you don't trade Josh Smith.

I cannot possibly see Smoove staying with the Hawks if dumbass Woody is still the head coach.

That guy just killed all the momentum when he called a timeout after JSmoove got that steal. What a horrendous time out. Geez. Just let em play it out. Have some friggin faith in your squad.

Hawks just loss their 3 straight. Looking at the roadtrip coming up. It is looking like 8 in a row. There is nothing the Hawks can take away from this game. Just another sad loss for this team. Which is starting to become a joke again.

A big difference is they play a 10 man rotation while we only play 7. That's big, especially when the game goes to OT. We also were unfortunate catching Outlaw on one of his good days.

The team had only 11 turnovers, but Childress had 4 of them. Just pathetic.

Marvin and Horford couldn't buy a shot. Smith missed a lot of shots, especially putbacks, that he normally makes.

JJ just didn't have enough help today. Lue just can't defend anyone. Hopefully he gets traded by the deadline.

It's sad.

It was a good game...Portland hit alot of contested shots. I think the Hawks played pretty well but still lost. I'm really not looking forward to this road trip...I'm just hoping for 2 of 5.

Acie had 7 pts (3/4 shooting), 5 assists and no turnovers in 19 minutes.

Playing with the starters doesn't make a difference at all.

Man I'm so gutted right now. We played our hearts out but just got beat by a better team. All kinds of props to Portland.

That timeout reminded me of when Terry Stotts called a timeout late in the game a split second before Jason Terry hit a 3 pointer to tie the game.

That was a fun game to watch. Just wanted to wish you all luck the rest of the season. You guys are the real deal.

Can we trade TV announcers? Your TV guys are --awesome--. I love Steve Smith.

The timeout didn't mean anything. We still got 2 pts on that posession.

The timeout wasn't that bad. He called it because he wasn't sure if the refs were going to call a jump ball or not.

The Hawks need a center. Horford does an admirable job guarding centers, but he's not much of a threat offensively at this point. Moving him back to his natural position will really let his game explode. JMHO.

Acie should have had more minutes at the point.

Mario West when its a offense/defense situation. EVERYTIME, Mario West in offense defense.

What you saw today is what happens when you have a coach willing to use his bench and use them correctly. Salim, West, Chill, Solo, Zaza...or Sheldon, let them play and let them play at a ridiculous break neck speed. Don't pull them for mistakes. Live with them. Eventually they will have confidence and contribute.

But seroiusly, there was no reason for Acie not to get more than 19 minutes tonight.

And T. Lue shooting the ball well will be an excuse for Law getting even fewer minutes on Wed.
