Based on factoring in an above average head coach, the respective loss of talent of their current teams, relative age of all players, a high quality trainer, assuming they all play on a team located in the Northeast Continental United States or Eastern Canada to give them a large homecourt following, which places them in the eastern conference, and also assuming an early west coast swing to increase the effectiveness of their veterans from being fresh:
49-33.

That first unit would not be able to get much done defensively. Not only that, but Allen, Villanueva, Butler and Gordon would all need their fair share with the basketball.
However, they could probably run over a lot of teams with all of that offensive power. I'd give them 45+ wins if everything came together nicely.

I would just leave Cliff Robinson out for simplicity's sake. He's retired.
But I would pick up Hasheem Thabeet (Sophomore C, 7'3", likely first-rounder) and Jeff Adrien (Junior PF averaging 15 and 9.)
Marcus Williams/Ben Gordon/Marcus Williams/Kevin Ollie*
Ray Allen/Richard Hamilton
Caron Butler/Rudy Gay/Donyell Marshall*
Charlie Villanueva/Josh Boone/Jeff Adrien
Emeka Okafor/Hasheem Thabeet/Hilton Armstrong/Jake Voshkul*
This team goes 6 deep(!) in the post with All-Star candidates Ben Gordon, Richard Hamilton, and Rudy Gay on the bench!
I'd give them 55 wins easily. Overall this team has more talent than the Celtics.
