Chicago
out: Andres Nocioni, Joe Smith, Joakim Noah, Tyrus Thomas, Thabo Sefolosha, Viktor Khryapa, future 1st (lotto protected in 2008, top-8 protected in 2009, top-3 protected in 2010, unprotected thereafter)
in: Pau Gasol, Juan Carlos Navarro, Charlie Villanueva, Brian Cardinal, Michael Ruffin
They get a legit low-post scoring big man in Gasol, while Navarro gives them shooting off the bench. They also bring in Gordon's college buddy CV, who will be their first big off the bench to provide more offense.
Rotation:
BigBen/Gray
Gasol/CV/Ruffin
Deng/Griffin
Gordon/JCN
Hinrich/Duhon
Memphis (cut Andre Brown and Casey Jacobsen)
out: Pau Gasol, Juan Carlos Navarro, Brian Cardinal
in: Chris Wilcox, Joakim Noah, JJ Redick, Viktor Khryapa, Keyon Dooling, future CHI 1st
Wilcox will be a better fit for them at PF in their run-and-gun system, while Noah will be a good complement for Wilcox with his defense and all-round skills. Redick may thrive here with his shooting skills, wihle Khryapa and Dooling are both expirings. They also get Chicago's future 1st rounder.
Rotation:
Noah/Darko
Wilcox/Swift
Gay/Warrick
Miller/Redick
Conley/Lowry/Stoudamire
Seattle
out: Chris Wilcox, Earl Watson, 2008 DEN 2nd
in: Tyrus Thomas, Carlos Arroyo, Pat Garrity, 2008 ORL 1st
They get a younger and a more defensive forward with tremendous potential in Thomas to replace Wilcox, while dumping Watson's contract. They also get Orlando's 1st.
Rotation:
KT/Swift/Collison
TT/Collison
Green/Wally
Durant/Wilkins
Ridnour/West
Milwaukee
out: Charlie Villanueva, Desmond Mason, Michael Ruffin
in: Andres Nocioni, Thabo Sefolosha
Nocioni fills their hole at SF with his defense and shooting, while Thabo gives them another young wing for defense off the bench
Rotation:
Bogut/Voskuhl
Yi/Nocioni
Nocioni/Thabo/Simmons
Redd/Thabo
MoWilliams/Bell
Orlando
out: Carlos Arroyo, Pat Garrity, Keyon Dooling, JJ Redick, 2008 1st
in: Joe Smith, Earl Watson, Desmond Mason, 2008 DEN 2nd
Smith is a perfect fit at PF alongside Howard, while Watson is an upgrade at PG over Arroyo. Mason gives them more size and defense at SG, and they get some compensation with the 2nd rounder after losing both their own 1st and 2nd this year.
Rotation:
Howard/Foyle
Smith/Augustine
Lewis/Turkoglu
Bogans/Mason
Nelson/Watson

Bad trade from talent perspective plus they add a lot of salary by having to cut two of the players.
they don't add salary at all, even after they cut the two small contracts
this season Pau + Cardinal + Navarro have a combined $20M of salary, and increase to $21M without Navarro.
They take in Wilcox, Noah, Dooling, Khryapa and Redick. The combined salary this season is only $16M, and decrease to $11M next with Dooling and Khryapa coming off the books.
So this offer makes much more sense financially than the offer with Nocioni, whose contract last 4 more years after this.
Noah and Wilcox will form their future front court (and I've heard Memphis fans wanting Wilcox as Gasol's replacement at PF), and they get a future pick on top. I don't think it's that bad of a deal for Memphis.

Hell no.
Wilcox is not an acceptable replacement for Gasol.
The words "future" and "protected" aren't acceptable in a trade for Gasol. Noah's not nearly enough to be considered the centerpiece either.
JCN is not a filler and raises the cost of Gasol.
While BC exiting is a very nice idea, he's not a distraction in the locker room either.
No deal from the Grizz's perspective.
