Change Garcia to Kenny Thomas and you got yourself a deal.

Right like he's really going to do that.

I'd take Farmar any day of the week over Bibby...

Good luck with that...I'd also take Garcia any day of the week over Farmar.

what is laker fan's infatuation with Farmar? The guy is a servicable backup in the league, period. He is not an all-star nor will he be. And he is not even the best back-up PG in the league. Probably not even top 10 back-ups.

Thanks for hosing Indy. Sure, Garcia is a very nice player, and that's not even what bothers me. It's the fact that you're having us trade one of our only 3 healthy guys we can count on at the 4 and 5 positions (JO is out a while, and Harrison is...well....Harrison) for ANOTHER swing man to add to Dunleavy, Granger, Daniels, Rush, Williams, and Graham?

Seriously, Dunleavy would still start over Garcia. Daniels would still get a lot of run. Granger's getting a lot of run. That means Garcia is looking at around 15 minutes a night at most, simply due to the logjam.

This deal just doesn't fit or help Indy. We need help up front, not at the swing positions.

Yeah no real reason for the Kings to do this. We would look at Farmar as a downgrade from Cisco, and our reward for that is trading Mike for expirings, a 2nd, and a guy who can't get off the bench in indy.

Any trade that sends Bibby to the Lakers makes no sense for them. Addressing the PG spot is not a priority, especially if they have to take on Bibby's huge $$$ next year to do it.

Bibby to the Lakers still makes quite a bit of sense, despite his contract. Is he perhaps the best options even from the Kings, they'd probably rather have Artest, but Bibby would improve the Lakers if the Kings traded him there.

I disagree...while he might improve them a little, the Lakers need considerably more help up front than they do at PG. Trading for Bibby is a bad misuse of their trade assets, IMHO...they should try to get F/C help, and if they can't, just sit tight. Trading for Bibby would be an awfully expensive trade-for-trade's-sake.

PG is no longer a need and not worth the money Bibby would get along with Fisher and Crittenton behind him. We're fine with Fisher and Farmar at the point.

No thanks. I am not a big fan of Diogu at all.
