You are absolutely correct ... and for that reason he is the guy the Stefanski may move. He has some trade value and he is just another undersized shooting guard now. Maybe he will develop into a great player ... maybe not ... I am guessing the latter.
You may be right. It's tough for anyone here to tell if it's the toe or just a rutt he's in, but he doesn't look as good as he did earlier. I think he's the energy guy off the bench, and probably not a true star as most of us hoped he would turn into. We shall see, but he probaby does have some value as a chip in a multi player deal.

relax... lou is 21... lets not start talking about trading him too. I swear so many people are ready to trade away the few good things this franchise has going for them. First its Iguodala, now its Lou Williams... and I know he's been a shadow of his former self since the Knicks game, but seriously,he's still a tough cover and worse case scenario he'll be a combo guard that can score in bunches off the bench. He's a kid.. he's slumping... he'll shake it off.

Well put. The kid's fine...Thad is fine....Smith is fine...Igoudala's fine for the right price. We don't have a star anywhere on the roster, currently...and that's ok. If none of them becomes a star they can still help us when we're better. That being said, I think Thad is a stud, and Lou could be a foce to be reckoned with night in and night out. A tall scoring point guard and a banger later we're a pretty good team.
The JB-S System....Zero Defects.

i see the cup as half full. I think we will lose 2 out of 3!
I'm starting the trade thad bandwagon. I just want to be in favor of trading someone for no apparent reason too.

They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

According to the Detroit forum, Amir played more minutes than usual. Wonder if he was being showcased? I wouldn't mind bringing him in as a PF prospect if he were available. Guess it would depend upon what we had to give up. I would think that Amir and Tyrus Thomas would both be nice young prospects at PF. I wonder if Stefanski has any interest in either.

And you know what....who basically carried the T-Wolves in all their games vs. the Suns this year? Yes, Al Jefferson....and you ask who is it that defends Jefferson? Yes, that would be that guy you love so much in Amare. Amare not playing much D there. Check out the lines Jefferson has put up in the 3 games this year...
Dec 8th - 32 pts - 20 reb - 2 assists - 4 steals - 1 block - 50% FG
Jan 18th - 27 pts - 14 reb - 3 blocks - 55% FG
Jan 23rd - 39 pts - 15 reb - 1 assist - 2 steals - 52%FG
I must say that is some horrible D.
Anyhow, I love Amare too, but is he another Chris Webber (late in his career) where he puts up good offensive #'s, but winds up giving up just as many, if not more pts to the oposing player?
