This is the first game this year the Wiz just mailed it in. I just wish it was against someone else instead of the Cavs. It almost looks like the team collectively decided not to show up. They should return some of their paychecks for this game. Embarrassing.

BACK TO THIS GAME ...

Hopefully the bench gets over the stage fright and they get into some kind of rythym.

Down 30 now, the goal should be to get it under 20 I would think.

games like this let you know that the Wizards won't be contenders without Gil. Maybe we can finally put an end to that discussion.

Cleveland''s putting the hammer down, making a statement.

Great passing by all.

Gotta admit, the John Chaney in me wants Lebron on his ass if he takes it inside.

43 points in the third for the Cavs, after they shot 74% in the first.

--Wizards started reading the good press and believed they were better defensively, but didn't bring it.

--Bad matchups everywhere. Pavlovic shot over Daniels, Gooden over Jamison, Z over smalls on the perimeter and Haywood, too.

Washington can't beat Cleveland in the playoffs without Gil and maybe not even with him.

THIS Cavs team can win it all this season.

With Pavlovic and Varajeo and everybody healthy, Cleveland's better than Boston or Detroit.

Calm down, it was brought up, but it wasnt by you.

Hands said EJ was being outcoached....you were just thinking it, which is why you responded..

So you don't think he is being out coached ?

I'll never understand why some people can't be objective.
You can be a fan and be objective.

The man didn't make the right adjustments. We have a ton
of options to match up bigger then we did.

And this line up is just giving up. I have no respect for that.

We are giving up the most points of any quarter this season and
you think the coach doesn't play a part in that. Oh, I forgot,
he only is a key piece when we are winning.

I hope this game puts to rest the nonsense that EJ is personally responsible for last season's playoff loss to Cleveland because he didn't play Brendan "The Z Killer" Haywood.

hands, I don't think coaching would have mattered much this game but EJ got outcoached.

His starters got destroyed. They were not good at all defensively and they settled for jumpers.

Just a crappy game.

Maybe they were tight?

You're the biggest EJ apologist out there.

Today EJ got his ass handed to him just like Brendan did.

I was kind of wondering the same thing.

Just doesnt seem like this line is getting it done against there line.

We need to look for a different advantage.

I thought coming in that we would need to go big
.

OP/BH type line ups.

EJ didnt coach this one very well.

Apparently, EJ has learned nothing from our playoff series with the Cavs. The Cavs use size against us every game and abuse us.

The Cavs are just flat better than us right now, we need Gilbert if we are to hang with these guys in a series.

Thank God we've got the Grizzlies on Friday. It's 1 loss, reading this thread, it makes you think we just lost the championship. Get over yourselves!

DCZards, I agree with closq.

If we're going to take sides, count me in the coaching tendencies counting against EJ tonight camp.

When they've got Varajeo and Ilguaskas in there you can't counter with AJ at PF on a day when Brendan only has 1 rebound in the first half.

Songaila is not a big.

Only question at this point is when's the next game against Cleveland?
