They shot out of their minds and still only won by 2, yeah i dont find myself too worried about them. But gotta give them credit, they played great and deserved to win.

you know... calderon had been treating rondo like his favorite chew toy all game, not sure what Doc expected when he put him back in

I can see that perspective. I just can't get past 20 FGA and 0 FTs. If they played balls out, I could tollerate losing on a high shooting night from the opposition. But the starters played Toronto's game and they probably aren't as good as it, all things being equal, and moreso when they are on fire as they were tonight.

That was an extremely entertaining game...save for the turnovers, Toronto played perhaps their best game of the season, and barely pulled out the win.
It says a lot about the Celts that it took a perfect effort for a good team to barely squeak out a win against you...with the season series finished, good luck in the playoffs; I'll be pulling for the Celtics throughout, so long as they don't match up with the Raptors.

Raps fan here...
Hella of a game boys! Now I know why your team is #1 in the NBA in defense. You guys absolutely make teams turn the ball over...it's ridiculous and I can't count how many times I slapped the couch seat and screamed at the televsion. Looking forward to seeing your team in the playoffs and ours as well
Have a good evening Celtic fans.
IMOs on Calderon?

what an offensive showing by the raps. give credit where it due guys. if this were any other night where we didnt show, we would have been embarrassed.
was a fun game and the raps deserve that one all the way. both teams played awesome and I am suprised the celts kept up with that kind of display of shooting.
no one in the league is gonna be in the game against a team that on fire. we showed up to play thank god. it could have been worse. you cant beat that kind of shooting.

Paul tried to go inside a bunch a times, they werent giving him any calls. It was a pretty physical game overall.

um, i guess you're just going to ignore the fact that on the previous posession Calderon abused TA and got to the line for 2?
Rondo was the right matchup, it was just crappy defense by Rajon. he's supposed to be our matchup against quick PGs.
i'm not too upset by this one. a team shoots 15-21 from 3, they should win by a lot more than 2.

Cudos on the game guys (except wiggles, and he knows why
)
Glad to know it was a thriller, reminded me of a good 90's NBA on NBC Sunday afternoon more than a Wed night in the middle of January...
Best of luck the rest of the season, I am sure glad we dont have to play you guys any more 5 games (including pre season) was enough. Take care of the Atlantic championship, we will be back for it soon.
Maybe see you in the ECF

Yeah I could not for the life of me figure out why on earth Rondo was asked to step up there when it hadn't been working all night.

Good game guys.
Damn, now I really wish we won that first game, to have split the season series (I'd block out the two blowouts you handed us...
)
Don't feel bad, when our shots are falling, no one can beat us...

I do what I feel, not because people ask me to do this,” Bargnani says, holding his hands over his head and doing a strange chicken dance.
