His dribbling drills in 5th grade looked like a video on Conleys I saw this offseason.

I remember seeing a video on Sebastian Telfair when he was in 7th grade and again after he was the only frosh at the ABCD camp. What I just saw blows away anything Telfair did and when Sebastian was this kid's age, he was supposed to be the next big thing.

200 pushups and 200 situps, not to mention a four-hour routine every night is average for an 18 year-old college kid, but at 11 is unheard of. Most NBA players have a five-hour daily routine during the off-season that includes 2.5hrs of playing and 2.5hrs of lifting/cardio. This kid will be somethnig special.

150 one legged squats? Most ridiculous part of the video to me. Of course, he probably only weighs 60 lbs. Still.

Seriously, I encourage you guys to find out how many one-legged squats ("pistols") you can do. They're so **** hard. (Twirl: "That's what she said.") It's preposterous. It's like pull-ups: there has to be somebody out there who can do 150 of them, but they probably don't weigh 235 lbs. I'd be happy if I could do 30.
