I couldn't find any that completely confirm it, but if you look up "richard jefferson is gay" on google there is multiple links talking about it.

Dude it says the "gay net" is Bi, meaning he could like both. Besides, just because a guy poses with a woman doesn't mean that they are attracted to her.
