1. Cook can't be traded.
2. Ben Wallace doesn't help us with his play decreasing and that overpriced contract of hi.
3. We're losing two point guards and gaining a guy who barely has consistent shooting performances.
NO thank you.

you all are crazy if you wouldnt do this for Orlando. Who cares about Wallace, we nab Gordon for just scraps! Anywyas though Wallace is on a decline he only has 2 more years left on his contract, we wouldnt even resign him. So for 2 yrs we are a huge defensive minded team. I would do this in a heartbeat just to pick up Gordon.
Nelson, Gordon, Shard, Hedo, Dwight would loook pretty good to me.

You realize that Gordon is a free agent after this season and wants a new max contract, right?

Miami receives
Brian Cook
Keyon Dooling
Carlos Arroyo
Miami in this deal gets a change at pointguard where they feel they need it most. Both Dolling and Arroyo are guys Riley has liked or targeted in the past and would be going after this summer anyway. While Cook is only a filler who I think can help spread the court for Shaq and Wade.
If necessary Chicago and Orlando can throw 2nd round picks at Miami.
The trade is like expiring for expiring & swallowing the contract of Cook. Miami is messed up already and please dont give us Cook. Miami rather sign Malik Allen with its bi-annual exception who is familiar with the system, and much cheaper comparing their contracts.
Any trade the Heat will do, its about the future and not about now.
