Trade with Nets

I was wondering if you guys would do this trade:
Nets get: gasol, Cardinal
memphis get: Carter, Kristic,Magloire(expiring) and a protected 1st.(top 10)
what do you guys think?

Your initial posting said nothing about the protection. Hmmm - I think that I'd still take it, but that makes it much less appealing.

edit - you know what, even with the protection I'd have to take it. Vince is locked up and if it didn't work out, we could always move him later. This deal frees us of BC and I think Kristic will bounce back and will be a solid starter.

1) gasol > carter.
2) 2007 carter > 2008 carter > 2009 carter and so on.
3) this trade would force us into dealing miller. we have enough problems as of now.
4) the nets would make a late push for the playoffs this year, and would be a playoff team in the east next year, and therefore, make the pick of little value.
