he's taking the same shots as Hayes
difference is one is playing above the rim --> Landry, the other is playing below the rim --> Hayes

http://www.nba.com/hotspots/
click the link and choose Landry
all his shots are close to the rim (except 2)
he's shooting 80%+
imagine if Hayes can made more than 60%

agreed

Hayes seems like too nice of a guy / too hard of a worker to be in a coach's doghouse. But Scola / Landry are leaving RA no option; they MUST be on the court, especially when T-Mac is in the game, creating.

the problem is with Hayes in the game
his defender can leave him alone and go double team Yao or T-Mac

btw
Hayes is JVG player not RA

James Jones' last play really disgust me. Those who saw I game will agree with me.

In the next game against Utah we should really try some zone , besides Korver , Okur and a little bit Deron Williams they don't have shooters.
If we put Yao on Boozer it's hard for Yao because he is too quick for Yao and also Boozer is the one doing all the pick n rolls with Williams.
We need to play a lot of zone against them.

Impresive win. Beating a good team on their floor without Mac and Yao having good games. Thats something to build on. Take care of Utah and these two EC teams coming up and we'll be looking really good.

Gotta love how Jones dove for the ball when Mcgrady put it down w/ .5 seconds left to pad his stats.

I think he went for the ball when Tmac put it on the floor with 6 seconds to go and scored an uncontested shot when people were walking off

T-Mac laid the ball on the court and walk toward the Rockets bench with about 4 seconds left
Jones went and get the ball
which mean 1 TO --> T-Mac, 1 STL --> Jones

Anyone else think the Rockets may now have an answer for all those teams that play small ball against them? Youth and athleticism. Who knew?

i think we should start landry to bang with boozer imo, and let yao guard okur...okur has been struggling lately

Landry's far from ready to guard elite pfs. Boozer will absolutely torch him, and get him to foul out fast.
