Oh, please.
You guys are actually pathetic.
You sound like the Knicks fans.
KG is emotional, it's well known.
He got a huge steal and beat his former team.
He acts like this every damn time after a win that he thinks big to him.
It's noting new, he screamed and cursed all the time when he played for us.
And you hating on him for that, it's a classic hypocrisy.

BTW, remeber how Spree acted when we played the Knicks at MSG?

Wow. My Celtics won but the Wolves WERE the better team.

No, the Wolves weren't the better team. Because they lost by 1 point. Brewer and Jaric both couldn't get it in because we played terrific defense in the last minute of the game, and this is exactly why we won this game in the end. Overall we missed a lot of open shots. So you really can't say the Wolves were the better team. You can only say that the C's weren't a good team.

You just can't say things like that. The East's worst played the West's best just a couple of days ago, when Miami lost 89-90 against San Antonio. Were they the better team? No, because San Antonio won, and this was because they played good D and shut off Wade in the last minute.

If we drained a prayer at the end of regulation, you could maybe say that the Wolves were the better team.

You want to know the difference?

He's playing against his former team, a team that gave him his every demand whether it was keeping players who we didn't even want (Hudson) to cheering for him even during all the losing. I was fine with the jersey popping and him showing fans he's got a new team, but when he looked over at Al and the wolves when they were walking away and started saying " MOTHER F*CKERS " That's when it just pissed me off.

This ain't just another team, it's a team that used to cheer for him and he has the right to say mother f*cker to the new wolves? Great.

Don't tell me he didn't because everyone saw him do that, the jersey popping was fine, but the cussing was out of line.

Do you know the difference? KG played against the Celtics, as 140 of 240 minutes were played by former Celtic players. It's like the early March game in 2007, where we went to double OT. Just the same emotion as there.

I've seen KG play for his whole career except his first two seasons, and I know how he reacts and he doesn't do it as intense as that, and I saw the Rockets game this year and KG just did that tonight to probably show the Wolves he's fine without us.

KG still is my favorite player of all-time, but he didn't need to start cussing, we are the worst team in the league(record wise, I think we're better than the heat)

Where did you get that nonsense from?
Sam Cassell was KG's best buddy and McHale traded him and not even blinked once.
We kept Hudson cause nobody wanted him, pure and simple.

KG had a lot to do with some of the players that were here.

You guys should be happy. Your team showed that they are better then their record and improved your chances for a top pick.

but on the other hand, I wish we would have won this one because IMO you gain a lot of confidence by winning against the best team in the league

Another C's fan (and Wolves fan) and this poster is a big-time troll.

Great game, I really like this team. With one vet it'd been an easy win IMO......really, I gotta believe Big Al could've taken Perk to the hoop on the baseline for a foul or 2, he's going to get tougher and make that play soon.

P2 I don't think he/she meant that the wolves ARE a better team than the celtics but the wolves played a better game than the celtics. It's because we did play a better game than the celtics. We didn't lose. We just didn't win the game.

I don't get it. The better team is which has the most points after 48 minutes. And the C's were better tonight. I really like the Wolves and always check out the box scores and hope for wins, but this game you just made some inexcusable mistakes.

You could definitely say that you Wolves wanted that win much more than we did (but then again, KG really wanted that win), but you were playing good and we were playing bad, and this doesn't necessarily mean that you played better.

On a side note: I am not a troll, I just bleed Celtic green!

whats wrong with you guys? he told you all minny fans always have a special place in his heart. You guys know how intense he gets, especially after close victories. He was injured, came back in, and made a beautiful defensive stop. Minny got up to play their best ball against the best team in the league, just like all teams do. You can't harbor any ill will towards the guy, especially after all he gave you. It's not the first time he's popped his beautiful Celtics jersey, and it won't be the last. You have a budding superstar in Al. Don't complain.

You must have missed the part where KG wanted to stay. That he was hurt when the Wolves told him they were going to trade him. The fact that he loved the franchise only made it worse.

do you know what i thought when he cussed and did his thing.

i realized that his intensity is just a business decision.

he doesn't care about the timberwolves and their fans anymore.

he's just another greedy ass athlete who deserves no rings. F him.

dude you are a size queen and an ankle grabber. LISTEN. He showed his usual intensity after winning us the game, he made a beautiful play and deserved to express so after coming out of the locker room after an injury. STOP COMPLAINING. You don't like the outcome of the trade, and all these t wolves fans are crying because this is their first reality kick that they don't own kg anymore. If kg was still in a twolves jersey and had the same reaction, no one would pay any attention. youre in a rebuilding process and you lost one of the greatest players ever, we've been in that process for almost four years up until this season. stop complaining, he's not a twolve anymore.

Ummm, by that do you mean that he's suddenly playing with three future hall of famers who spoon feed him dunks and layups? And that he's a complete afterthought for opposing defenses? Cause I think that's what's happening with Perk.

No, read the rest of the post. He's developing post moves and some range on his jumper.

Some posters around here didn't like KG's antics when he was in Minnesota, liked the energy and intensity, but thought that the blue streak cursing and attempts to intimidate the other team's players by bugging his eyes out and dropping F-bombs were over the top. The fans here, for the most part, have the utmost respect and love for KG, but that doesn't mean we have to be happy with every little thing he does. If he chooses to primp, preen and look over at the Wolves bench and start cussing at them, then that's his choice. It doesn't mean the fans have to accept it.

Personally, I didn't really care about any of it, it wasn't a big deal. There's no need to get up on a high horse and play fan psychologist about the whole thing, though.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''
