Who you got?

(because of all the Toronto homers, Harris starts the poll with a +10)

Calderon is the flavor of the month, I'd rather have a guy who plays both ends of the floor. Calderon has looked VERY impressive so far and his A/TO is out of this world, but I'd still go with Harris if I'm trying to assemble a winning, both ways team.

Is Devin Harris' defense that great? The only thing I've seen him excel at both ends of the court is flopping.

Damn straight, but in my case the "easily" is damn right.

I'll take the much more gifted and efficient offensive point who is also a superior quarterback/playmaking guard over the so called "two way" average offensively, very good defensively player.

Calderon is averaging 9 assists a game and hardly ever turns the ball over....

Is Devin Harris even a PG? He certainly does not play like one...

Devin Harris has more potential, but I'de say Calderon is the better player right now. Calderon has been getting ASG consideration, havn't heard anything about Harris in the ASG. Both are efficent scorers. Harris is the better defender. Calderon is the better passer/pure point gaurd, and turns the ball over less.

Devin Harris is a fine player, but I'm not sure if he's really a true PG. He seems more of a combo guard to me.

I'd take Jose, but not by much.

Harris is only two years younger so it's not like his "upside" is that much more..

Harris as a starter: 14.6pts 5.4assts 2.4to 48%fg 36.4%3pt 82.4%ft
Calderon as a starter: 13.7pts 9.9assts 1.8to 50.5%fg 43%3pt 91.8%ft

For me, I'd rather have Calderon and quite easily. If Toronto didn't have Ford or Calderon, I would be pretty damn happy having Harris.

O.P could have given Harris a 20 spot, don't matter, this one goes to Calderon.

Calderon... no brainer too.

Devin's a talent and a unique one, but I'd definitely prefer Calderon.

I really like Harris, his defensive ability on other PG's, and his attacking and finishing nature around the basket, but I'd take Calderon without much hesitation.

He stretches the floor much better than Harris and is one of the best play-makers in the league right now while rarely turning it over. His game is IMO more valuable.
