There are two factors that favor us losing this game. The first is that we beat the Bobcats by 31 early in the season and so the Bobcats aren't likely to take us for granted. The second is that the Bobcats are a decent home team with 14 of their 17 wins coming on their home floor. However, I predicted that we would win two games out of our games against the Knicks, Cats, and Bucks and so I'll stick with that hence...

My Prediction: Sixers by 5+

Here are the updated standings in The Rose Bowl.

2. Image8-33
3. Image9-34
4. Image12-31

Also... I forgot to mention how insane the Bobcats' probable starting lineup is. McInnis at shooting guard??? Ok... I guess I understand it. Richardson at SF.... eh, makes some sense. Gerald Wallace as starting PF??? This lineup is ridiculous.

Hopefully Mo counters with Miller, Williams, Iguodala, Thad, and Sam.

Mo will wait until the second half to start Thad. Maybe that gives the Bobcats an early 6 pt edge in the opening six minutes of the game?

We are now 2-11 in January and the only change that has been made to the starting lineup all season is the couple of games Willie missed due to injury. Not that I am for winning games at this point (we're 12 games under .500 and would probably have to finish the season 24-14 in order to sniff 8th place and that ain't happening) so why not start the young guys now? What do we have to lose??

I think we take the loss after the bad loss to the Knicks and having to travel for the back to back. Looking over the Rose Bowl we have two games with Miami coming up and two with the Clippers we might be able to tighten this thing up if we can take some losses in those games to go with our rough end of Feb and March schedules.

We could be on a 5 game loosing streak if we can take a loss to Miami at the end of march going into the Clippers at the end of that stretch.

Orlando
Miami
Orlando
Golden State
Phoenix
Clippers

Then we have a chance in the next two vs the Bucks and Seattle but then comes..

Boston
Detroit
Chicago
San Antonio
Denver
Orlando

Keep in mind that we have 5 games in hand over the Clippers and 2 over the Knicks which is a good thing when you consider that unless both teams lose all of those games... it means that we're closer to them than what it looks like in a quick glance.

Evans has to go.No matter the cost!!! It's like playing 4 on 5 every game. Screw the 8 rebounds he provides. It's hard to compensate for his lack of offense which puts the team in an early hole.

I have a bad feeling Gerald Wallace makes his fantasy owners really happy tonight. 35, 10, 5, 3, 3?

If that's the starting five Dalembert and/or Jason Smith should have a night well above their averages.

In Iggy's pregame interview he talked about dribbling less and taking the ball to the hole more. Atleast he recognizes what needs to be done.

Smith needs to stop challenging players at the rim.

Kevin Ollie's career isn't over after this season. His jump shot is better than it's ever been, he's actually a true point guard, and he can defend. I see him landing with a veteran contender next season.

Yeah Smith needs to play Karl Malone defense.
