Aaron Williams instead of Josh Powell to start? Makes no sense to me.

A lot of sloppiness so far, but the Clipps are only down 2, 44-42.

This game is being nationally broadcast on NBATV. Hopefully the good people of these United States have Ralph & Mike's commentary....although that may be wishful thinking b/c I think NBATV carries the home team's commentary.

Anyway, thank goodness Maggette looks as good as he does (his game, I mean), or we'd be up a creek. Tech on Ivaroni, Maggs makes the T.

Good to see us picking it up with Powell and Knight out there.

What a pretty reverse by TT. He has 12.

Clipps with the cance to tie the game, and Powell gets blocked on a fade away post jumper by Darko.

Warrick with the slam and one.

Bingo! Tim Thomas hits a 3 and we're back within 2. Now if we can only tie it up.

Timmy for three. Nice to see him finally stroking it from three.

Knight picks up his 3rd to join Thornton on the Bench. 3:14 left in the half.

I heard it on the radio. Seems like both teams are picking up fouls.

Shame.

Once we make a little run (ie TT's 3-ball), we nullify it with a defensive mistake (Hakim's slam and one, long rebounds rolling right into Memphis' hands). If we tighten up, we should get it done. Right now the guys just look sluggish. Pick it up, boys.

Memphis have have Miller and Milicic with 2 otherwise they're good. Clips have Al & BK with 3 and Powell & Thomas with 2.

Nice block by Powell on Warrick, who I think was going to dunk it.

Gay wide open at the 3 and you just know it was going in. Clippers fail to take the lead and Memphis is now up 54-50 with 1:51 to go.

Cassell with two jumpers in a row, and the Clips are tied up at 54 with less than a minute left in the half.

We just can't get over the hump, Memphis just keeps on scoring. 59-61 Memphis at the half.
