help with this trade

I am currently in first place. I offered a trade of marion/mo will for camby/pierce. I could use a little more help in boards and i think camby will win me block category. That is my weakness. If he rejects my trade, would you rather package marion/vince carter or marion/r.j. This is my team:

I'd keep Marion, the guy is consistently a top 3 fantasy player every single year. I wouldn't trade him for Camby because he is a significant injury risk and besides Marion gets you 9-11 boards anyways. I would try and move TD, VC and/or RJ, but wait until VC has a good stretch of games.
