Great shot by Hedo to beat us. The Magic were very fortunate to win this game. They did almost everything wrong in that 4th quarter.

The turning point was our putrid third. leaving Cook all alone is ridiculous..No excuses for not reading the scouting report..

Perk should play more, PERIOD..I mean, we had NO rebounders in there. I can understand Big Baby not playing due to matchups..but not playing our ONLY physical player??? Come on now...
Perkins was pretty bad today, and got vastly outplayed by Powe. He was very slow on several rotations (really, it was more than just slow- it looked very lazy and like he wasn't trying at all to me), he had 4 rebounds to Powe's 9 (6 offensive) and Powe battled with Howard and slowed him down in the 4th quite a bit more than Perkins did all game.

To me, it was not a coincidence that Eddie House and Perkins were a team worst -14 and -12 today. They were the two worst Celtics on the court today in my eyes.

Don't understand all the hate on Dwight. Because he flung his arm out? That was hardly anything to get serious about.

Glad KG was out or we would've been down a lot.

Doc is horrible, he waits until there is about 2 minutes left in the game to finally bring Perk back in.

I liked how we got back from the 16-point deficit to take the 1-point lead, but we came up short. You just can't do anything about it. But we wanted the win today, unlike the last couple of games, so I am not too much devastated by this loss.

Damon Stoudemire. Lets hope he's bought out tomorrow.

Howard is an AMAZING player. My problem is that he gets away with things like that simply because he has a good guy image (and most likely is a good guy). This was not the first time I've seen Howard getting away with it, even though I don't get to see Magic games often. I wonder how many games would Ron Artest have gotten had he been the one swiping. I also wonder how pissed off would you guys be if Artest had flung his arm at Jameer Nelson.

How many mins did PErk play?? He got into foul trouble, and Doc just didnt play him even when we were getting killed on the boards... Doc is a BIG liability with his slow moves, his stubbornness with smallball...

His buyout is just waiting for the official announcement. We don't need to hope, it has already happened.

Its the same thing every year with Dwight. You let him get behind the defense, he will dunk. You let him get position 5 feet away from the basket, he will throw the hook. But you push him away from his zone, he has NO offensive moves..None. And he does not have a face-up game either. Its either dunks and layups, or nothing for him/ Thats why this team is not really a contender. They will be lucky to make it out of the first round.

He played 21 minutes.

I don't like small ball myself, but it worked pretty well today and the Rondo/Ray/Pierce/Posey/Powe lineup got them back into the game in that 4th.

The refs weren't necessarily bad tonight. Just doing what the other refs do. Let the "golden boys" run their ****, closing their eyes when they get into the paint.

I see what you're saying, but you can't really compare the two.

Dwight has never thrown a punch or gotten into a fight or been ejected from a game.

Artest went into an arena and beat the living dog **** out of some fans.

The intent is obviously different. Dwight isn't a punk, he's just a big, strong, physical player. He gets fouled the most in the league too, I wouldn't handle it as good as he does. Players like to hold his arms down from dunking and stuff like that (seeing as how he's a dismal free throw shooter) and he usually just takes it and steps to the line. I wouldn't be happy if I got a rebound and someone just starts slapping my arm.

Yea I agree. Especially when the ref is 2 ft away looking directly at the two of them. typical NBA for you.

Bottom line Orlando is a soft team, I worry about other teams before these guys. Give em credit for a tough three at the end, but overall not a killer loss
Look at those Bobcats......There laying on the floor!!!...Improbable

Our 3-point defense has taken a pounding this past week. As weird as it seems, the two MOST important players on this team are KG and RONDO...Man, Rondo does SO many things for this team...He is critical for this team's success.

I don't like the fact that we're 5-5 since the Detroit game. But such things happen throughout an 82-game season. Stoudamire would really help us right now.

No. You don't take a swing at a player whose almost a foot shorter than you and is just doing what he does. Rondo was going for the steal, and Howard tried to punch him in the face. There is NO excuse for that bitch move he tried to pull.
