The irony of this Wade thing is hilarious... back when Wade was on top of the world, no one could touch him regardless if they didn't have a good cast and crew...

Wade's obviously a marquee player but I'll enjoy the trolls enjoying his team's failures and his loudest fans trying to drown out the noise with their own hypocrisy...

ruben patterson is one of the worst team players in the entire league. the guy is a cancer. why you would want him on your team is a total mystery to me.

those contracts don't even remotely match.

I just hope he doesn't come to the West, to a team like Dallas or Denver

These rumors always start, we always hear how the nets are about to blow everything up, then they win a few games and the talk dies.

but seriously you can have Orlandos expirings, picks and whatever young guys you want besides dwight for Carter or Kidd..

I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

Only the Mavs have the pieces to make this trade. Nuggets could work but I am not sure they are the contender Kidd is looking for. Houston for that reason wouldnt work. Lakers dont have the players to make this work. I assume the Nets will only want to deal him to a team in the west.

Kidd to Denver?

Nene, JR, Kleiza, 1st

for J Kidd?

I'm not sure if a back court of Kidd and Iverson would work though.

I think it would....

Be pretty small. But they play with a small back-court anyways. But Iverson wouldn't need to be passing the ball, and he would be able to be the real SG that he is.

Whoever gets Kidd in the West would automatically drop out of the playoffs. You'd have to move some key players due to his salary and Kidd just isn't good enough to lead a team. Even with the lack of a front court, a Kidd-RJ-Carter trio should be a lot more competitive. Kidd just doesn't have that impact anymore, hollow triple doubles not withstanding.

Yeah as a basketball fan, I would hope for Denver, Houston, or Orlando. I don't think he would be a very good fit in Dallas, but in Orlando, he'd be surrounded by a bunch of shooters and Dwight. Denver would also be really interesting, especially since, at this point in his career, I think Kidd may be better off guarding SGs. I'm not sure how perfect of a fit Kidd would be in Denver considering that it would still mean that AI and Melo would be playing off the ball a lot, but it would certainly be interesting.

Lol Kidd has to have set the number of times a player has asked for a trade while being on the same team. This has to be the 5th or 6th time he's asked to be traded while being with the Nets

Kidd is so dumb, the Nets front office tells him he's playing for a contender and he believes it for a while, then realizes he's lost 8 in a row and asks for a trade again. The circle will continue.
