Someone who would not break the bank and provide us some more toughness and rebounding in the paint would be Chuck Hayes ..that guy can hustle.

I dont know that all those guys are available, might want to revise that list. But we dont need a great player, just a dude that will do the dirty work: rebound, defend, hustle. Like flight said, a Chuck Hayes, or someone i like Joe Smith.

Are we looking for a starter or another Foyle? Foyle can do all those things.

A spot starter, someone that can start at times but doenst have to and is a 6th man. And we need more than Foyle thats for sure, someone that can play alot more minutes than Foyle. Foyle is too limited.

Pau Gasol's game would fit with Howard.

Well Haslem would be the perfect PF for the Magic but i dont buy into people saying that he is available right now.

He may be available but not for us. Their is no way that Rilley will trade him to a division rival. Look what he did with the whole Stan situation. I'm not to worried about the PF situation. We have Battie coming back next year, most likely Fran will be on the team, and we can always get a PF in the draft. What we need is another pg. I hear Earl Watson is available.

Cook is playing well, Battie could be back for the playoffs, Fran might be here next year. I no longer see a pressing need to get a big man at the deadline.

Philly can address your concerns...Andre Miller at the point, and Reggie Evans for the inside toughness. Not sure the $$'s add up easily, but it would be an interesting option to consider.

Haslem would be perfect next to Dwight. He would cost us quite a bit though, trade wise. Warrick/Frye/Collison would be cheaper and would fit well. If I couldn't have Haslem, I'd like Lee (who wouldn't be available) and then Warrick. I wouldn't want to give up Hedo for Warrick unless a another decent player was coming back in the trade. I'd give up Hedo in a deal for Haslem.

Wilcox would be nice. He doesn't D up or rebound as well as Haslem though.

You'd be the only one.
