Sorry, i ain't buying. Bibby is a scoring point guard that not only can pass, he is very good at it...for years and years he has done an excellent job of passing, setting up the "O", and running this team and U of A before that.

Beno would love for his career to turn out to what Bibby has done so far.

What difference does make if he doesn't actually make the effort.

At their prices, I would much rather have Beno.

Hey...didn't Garcia make a three? They counted it as a 2, but the refs had their hands up and even the announcers said it was a three.

At this point, I agree. I think we need a pass first PG JUST as badly as we need a defensive minded big man.

Bibby used to be a fine passer, but he never was the main key. We always ran our offense through our big men almost as often as Bibby. NOW Bibby doesn't want to pass at all.

I never said Beno was as good as Bibby. :noway: Bibby is way better at that undersized SG position then Beno is. I'm just saying that neither is the PG we need.

Is everybody looking to argue, or what?

To me someone saying Bibby can't pass is like someone saying Martin can't shoot. nuff said.

Wait a minute, you criticize Beno for "not being a playmaker and looking for his shot too much" then say that is because you want Douby to have more minutes?!?! You do realize that Douby is really a 2-guard in a PGs body? All Douby does is look for his shot and vary rarely exhibits any play making skills. At least Beno IS a back-up PG...Douby is a 3rd string 2-guard.

You misunderstood my post. I was not asking for a playmaker, but at least Douby HAS something he does especially well;which is shoot/score. I've said many times that I see Douby as a Bobby Jackson/Barbosa mold. Douby is a good shooter and can create;basically a scorer. With Beno he doesn't have 1 thing he does especially well. If you look at all the other Kings(or the NBA as a whole) all their players have a specialty. Bibbys a shooter,Kmart scores with high efficiency,Garcia's a shooter,Salmons is a slasher/creator,etc. All NBA players who are successful either have 1 thing they do at a very high level or can do all things at a high level (Ron Artest).

IMO - Martin can shoot- and he does. Bibby can pass - he just doesn't.

Meh, if you are talking about the turnover that just happened, that was all ball...Martin was just playing for the foul and there was none.
