wow...

yea, that is all I will say. I am glad in your eyes you can see talent and you would want whoever has teh kewlist sportcenter heighlights. You are a fan, so am I and our opinion does not really matter. Rather than trying to convince you of Hibbert I can just sit back and wait to watch family guy.

Yeah because that's what i remember posting. Wait, no i didn't. Like you said everyone has there own opinion. This guy has only posted double figures i rebounds 4 times this season. Not impressive for a 7'2 center.

Again, i will have to say this again, I am not a huge Mayo fan anyway, i just would take him over hibbert. End of story, that's my opinion. Like you said it doesn't matter what we think in the end. Big deal if i would rather have Mayo.No need to get upset cause i don't like your guy Hibbert.

Also, you will never find me typing "kewl" so i don't know why you wrote it like that

Small ball is working O.K. right now (Marko is tall for a guard, Shaddy is strong for a guard, both being better than average rebounders for a guard) but it shouldn't be a long term plan.

mcCants and Gordon or even Mayo would be duplication. Mayo is 6'4-6'5 if lucky. Hard to to start that at 3. Also you are banking we find anything at the 5 spot in FA. Good luck. Also where is brewer in this line up? or Gomes?

"too slow" "explosiveness" have you read anything on that 99page draft thread? These issues have been addressed hardcore.

I've read through and participated, but you've yet to bring me over to the dark side, even though the offer of cookies was tempting.

That is fine, when we pick him you guys can cheer for him, or jump to whatever team has Beasley. Not like we are not used to losing fans when a player goes to another team.

Yeah, it's funny when they talk about how Rondo is such an excellent PG and he is improving and Perk being a good post defender when they just started watching them.

At least when I post there, it's about KG only.

Honestly, despite my fanboy love for KG, I've had trouble making it through whole Celtic games this year. I have trouble sitting through 4 quarters of Heinsohn, especially now that there are more interesting college games on.

rev: It seems like your taking this choice of Mayo over Hibbert by youngunz a little to personally. I HAVE read most of the draft thread, and you raise very good points about Hibbert, but his athleticism and explosiveness are still the main concerns of any team that is looking to draft him. Regardless of need, many people (myself included) would rather pick the BPA and sort it out later. As a separate but related thought, many people would rank Mayo as a better prospect than Hibbert in the overall scheme of things. Therefore many people would pick Mayo over Hibbert.

Rondo is crap, I just don't see what the big deal is. That team seriously needs Sam I Am.

If Roy Hibbert is chosen by the Timberwolves, heck yes i am going to cheer for him, he would be in Minnesota so no doubt i would cheer for him. I wasn't a huge fan of Corey Brewer but embraced him after he was picked.

My vote is to go the New Orleans route. They drafted their franchise PG and traded for a defensive-minded, rebounding center, and filled the rest of the holes.

How about we draft Rose and trade for Dalembert. and fill the rest of the holes?

I'm going to the darkside because the Wolves are gonna lose maybe 5 or 6 games more total this year and that pick is gonna drop like a brick

Chandler is much better than Dalembert will ever be. I'd be fine with drafting Rose, though, but if we keep playing like have the last two weeks pick 4-5-6 is more realistic.

We are one game away from being the 3rd worst team(record wise), we need to stay bottoms the whole season.

I'm not rooting for losses. Even at .500 the rest of the season, this team won't finish better than 6th-to-worst. It's all about ping pong balls. I just want to see wins.

I dont know that I agree with that. You might be able to make an argument for Chandler but I dont think its a landslide by any means; in fact, I think its closer to personal preference.

Career
Chandler 7.9 points 8.9 rebounds 1.45 blocks 55% FG
Dally 8.3 points 7.8 rebounds 1.97 blocks 53% FG

Season
Chandler 12.2 points 12.3 rebounds 1.07 blocks 60% FG
Dally 11.4 points 10.2 rebounds 2.44 blocks 52% FG

Dally has always been labled as having a low BBIQ but quite frankly all I want out of a center is rebounds, defense, and blocks and he obviously provides that.

I am with you Deeney.

I said on another board that wins are also good for the future and that there is too much basketball to be played to be worrying about draft position now. Let's enjoy our guys coming together and playing well

Looks as if Al Jefferson is just as quick with his wit as he is on his feet.

When Kevin Garnett emphatically reminded Jefferson of his all-star selections - "11 years! 11 years!" - Jefferson replied with something that Garnett couldn't top.

"I told him we both have one thing in common - no championships," Jefferson said. "He didn't like that too much."
