Somehow, I've resigned myself to this already even though there's absolutely nothing to even suggest it'll happen. My mind is weird.
On the other hand, if he did retire it would convince some of the available point guards that he wouldn't come back and take their minutes. It would even make it possible to offer a replacement a second year. And it would free BC to make a trade for a PG since he'd know that T.J. would be coming off the salary cap for luxury tax purposes.
