If Shaq is bought out, should the Magic sign him to the VE?

Like Boston, a team that could use a name Center as a starter, but only play him 20 mpg.

I figure the Magic would be his only option. His house is there and wouldn't it be something to have him come back and finally win a title where he started. Shaq still has some juice left, but he needs to be in a coming off the bench role and have very little minutes. In Orlando he would get just that considering Howard plays about 38 to 39 a night.
This would never happen but if it did I think Dallas, San Antonio and LAL would all jump at it just as quick as us.

The point is that Miami pays the 20M, and another team gets him for essentially free. But this Shaq situation is entirely unlike what happened with Foyle. Miami has no young-gun backup for Shaq. They need him to play.

I know how the buyouts work. I'm saying that Shaq wouldn't settle for the minimum even if he did get bought out. He values himself more highly than that. And really, isn't his marketing value alone as a personality in the league worth more to the team than buying him out and getting absolutely nothing back?
