He'll probably blame it on defense, but deep down his dislike for Buike goes much deeper then that and I have a pretty good clue what it is.

Wow... Barnett's built a tent on each one of you...

Yeah, its great he sinks shots every other game... complete liability on defense: the -FOCAL POINT- of the opposing team's attacks, every game since the beginning of the season...

This clown and Vaki were the first to want Buke over Tay... completely ignoring Buke's ineptitude on D... seems to be more of the same. What a bargain at 2x the minimum

Pathetic that you all in are in "camps"... put me in Monta camp when I dog him just as bad or worse than any other player during games... I know it sucks that he has the most natural talent... accept it and move on from this heartwarming tale of charity by the Warriors

Buike has been too inconsistent. I would like to see a Ricky Davis off the bench over him.

I'd do just about anything that gets Pietrus out of Golden State at this point.

Adding another scorer like Ricky Davis might actually help Jackson and Baron get some more rest. Miami might even give us a pick or two to take him off their hands and save them ~$10M this year.

At this point, I'm interested in most every opportunity to add a contributing player to our bench.

First of all, I'd rather have Pietrus than Davis and secondly, I'd rather have Pietrus salary this year than Ricky's and thirdly, I have no interest in helping out Miami unless they're willing to give us something that makes more sense, and it aint Ricky. We have plenty of scorers from the wing on this team and don't need any more to muck up the rotation.

Teams with Ricky Davis on the roster don't win NBA basketball games.

Davis isn't exactly consistent himself. Part of the reason he's keep bouncing around to different teams.

If GS helps Miami get under the tax, I'd want Dorrel Wright in return. I'm not sure if Riley is done with him or not, but how about Alonzo and Wright for Pietrus and POB. Waive Alonzo. Williams or Davis along with cash for the trade exception and a 2nd round pick.

I don't want Ricky Davis

Losing follows him around the league.

I don't get it. We got a GREAT bargain....at the cost of nothing traded-no picks-we got a young athletic guy with skills and upside who already has had a 30 pt game..several 20+ games..has been an above avg rebounder, runs well, good perimeter. Defense? Hey...I'd take his D over Belli's any day. He needs more experiance but the instincts and effort are good.

Since we seem to have just bought out THUD--the original deal is DOA.

Maybe we do Pietrus + Croshere for Davis, but I'm not sure that's such a plus to either side.
