AP - After their concert in Houston, Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters admitted to being contact by Orlando Magic forward Hedo Turkoglu about a remix for a song from one of their 1997 album The Colour and the Shape songs, "My Hero". Turkoglu, who is playing the best basketball of his life is currently in the running for a position in the 2008 NBA All Star Game as a reserve. Hedo said he has asked the Foo Fighters to make a new version of My Hero to "My Hedo". "I just think it fits my personality and the way I have been playing this year" stated the potential All Star.
Grohl, a huge fan of Turkey professional athletes said he would be honored to get the song in the studio and begin recording as soon as possible, "We're going to get Hedo the theme song he deserves. We'll have it done before the All Star Game for sure.".
