We need a Defensive Big: Bargs is not the Answer
We need a Defensive Big to play along with Bosh PERIOD. I don't think Bargs and Bosh will be able to work well together when they are both starting. Look at the Spurs, they had Rasho play with Duncan. Rasho would do the dirty work down there and help Duncan rebound. Now the Spurs have Oberto to do the dirty work down low. When Detroit won the Championship they had Rasheed and Ben down low. Ben would do the dirty work down low and Rasheed would be working in the 15ft range just like what Bosh is doing right now. When Miami won the championship they had Hasleem to help Shaq down low, i remember Hasleem would be a rebouding machine.
Every elite team had a DIRTY BIG player down low starting because those teams know Defence and Rebouding win games. I've never seen an elite team with two Big Finest players down low. Lets face it, Bargs will never be the guy we desperately need down low. It's a matter of time Colangelo realizes this, and either trade Bargs to get help for Bosh or acquire some help so that Bargs will be coming off the bench.
In my mind Magloire would thrive alongside Bosh down low, he has long arms and can board. He's not undersize as well and would be perfect beside Bosh. Ben Wallace would be good too but his salary is out of the question, Dampier is also a perfect example of what this team needs in the starting lineup. Dalembert would be icing on the cake but i doubt Philly would ever trade him, and if they would they are too smart to trade within their division. Joel Pzybilla would be awesome, and maybe a really realistic acquisition in the near future. With Portland's depth at the PF/C: Fyre, Aldridge, Oden i could that happening if the right deal is on the table.
But the whole point is getting a BIG who can rebound and Defend, the most successful teams in the league know that you have to get at least one Defensive Big to be successful and Bargs will never become what we need in order to help Bosh out down low.

you guys are pathetic, Bargnani didn't even play almost the second half,
We lost a game and all you are crying a river
You have to remember that the Spurs lost to us, and they're better team, so were they making 1000 threads complaining as you?
Raptors are far away of winning a championship this year, and you guys have to get the idea that this team is still growing
But we lose and you want to trade everybody...

I'll meet you partway. I don't think that Bargnani will ever have the toughest or desire to ever contribute more than 6 maybe 7 tops RPG. And that to me is what is going to keep making this rebounding thing a major problem. If you go by position, the Raps get exceptional rebounding production from the 3 (with Moon and Delfino), acceptable rebounding from the 1 (with TJ and Jose) and the 4 (from Bosh).
The 2 and the 5 are where the Raps are woeful at rebounding. AP too many times forgets to box out his man to get the rebound and Bargnani hasn't shown much desire to either box out or go get the rebound. Anytime anyone penetrates the paint, which isn't too difficult with the Raptors, other teams are able to absolutely kill them on the glass and go for an easy putback. Bosh is usually the guy contesting the original shot, so it paramount that whoever is the center is grabbing those misses. When they dont, which is more often than not, there are easy scores available.
Last season, the Raptors had a shooting coach. Maybe they need a rebounding coach to drill into them how to properly do it. They talk about it alot, but I've yet to see it put into action. I see lots of people not boxing out, losing sight of where their man is, alot of letting the ball come to them instead going to get the ball. If this team wants to make any impact in the playoffs, they are going to need to resolve this very glaring weakness.

So this team will grow into a good defensive rebounding team?

I am not saying that a trade to get rid of Bargs is necessary, but if you read my post i said it's a possibility in order to get some help for our franchise player, Chris Bosh. If we can somehow get a DEFENSIVE BIG without giving up Bargs that would be awesome. But I'm saying that the answer right now is a DEFENSIVE BIG to start at the Centre spot instead of Bargs. Bargs needs the ball to be effective and the only way he can be the focal point of the offense is if he's coming off the bench to replace Bosh in the 2nd unit. This team lacks Toughness and Bargs cannot provide what we need right now.

Bargs will never provide what we need. We don't need a perimeter big, we need someone who gives us some interior toughness to complement Bosh. Bargnani can't defend, can't rebound, and is way soft its not even funny. We need someone like Gasol or Camby.
