You're totally entitled to see it that way. I see it different. I saw him sending elbows at heads to create room to operate. I don't see anyone else being able to reach his head with an elbow.
Tonight I watched a dirty player have a great game.
You guys were clutching and grabbing all over Yao in the first 3 quarters. Lots of missed calls. The refs just made up for it at the end of the game.
Were the refs frustrating for both sides? YES
Did the refs even out their calls at the end? YES as well

we'd be over 30 wins this year if we new how to play a first quarter with the same intensity that we've been playing our 3rd & 4th quarters and oddly enough we had that short stretch this year when it loked like we could blow out another team with intensity in the 1st, I don;t know what happened.
Well I pray we have a surprising flourish tomorrow

Not a fan of the Webber signing and I don't see how he would have helped tonight-- we were best when we could push tempo and bother on defense. How many turnovers did we get out of Yao? How important were those breaks?
In all, way too ugly a way to drop out of the 8th spot. Not contender-stylie tonight, hope there's energy for tomorrow. I sort of don't expect much. Am I mistaken?

it's complacency. we've lost soooo many games now because they don't show up for the first half. before it was the free throws and now that's under control - for the most part, but who do we bring in to to have them wake the f up at the start of games? is that supposed to be webber?
they'll try to end the season the same way they end these games and they'll be just short of the playoffs.
the dubs are so NOT a fluke team, but this sloppiness and brain farts really make it seem like that's what they want people to think.
they don't do what they know they should be doing. they're like me when i was a little kid... hard headed.

I rarely even notice, let alone comment on the refs/foul situation. You will I'm sure take that for what it's worth to you, but I know my perspective, and this isn't something I notice or gripe about every often if at all. If it made my radar, I'm prety satisfied that I saw what I thought I saw.
I don't have any expectation that I'll convince a Yao fan.
Good game anyway. He exectued what he was trying to do exceptionally.

idunno dee. this is a mental/effort thing. they don't feel like working hard until they're pushed to do so and NO will take advantage of us like little school girls. if losing to min. didn't wake them up, neither will this.
i hope they prove me wrong tomorrow tho.

Al was atrocious despite a minute or two of comeback shooting. Baron was flat, not at all efficient, and his drives lacked determination. He kinda seemed to be saving something for tomorrow. Monta should have spent a lot more time with the ball. I don't know how they lost track of his Efficiency. To much Pietrus, he did a couple of dumb things and was otherwise invisible - his fan will blame that on rust, but whatever the reason, it was 4 on 5 when he was out there. Jack played an ok game - he's comming out of his coma. Barnes was real good, but didn't get enoug run.
Overall, Al sank us early, he was losing the game all by himself.
