What do the players need to improve on?
If you could only pick one thing
Andrea - Help defense
Bosh - Man defense
Moon - Jumpshot
Parker - can't really think of anything
Calderon - Limiting other guard's penetration
Nesterovic - get a pair of Jimmy's shoes
Humphries - Free throws
Kapono - Take more shots
Delfino - Take less shots
Ford - Three point range
The others are hopeless

I hate it when people say Moon needs a jumpshot. He's shooting 45%. He has a bad form I admit, but it's working for him isnt it?
Kapono- dribbling
Andrea- everything
Bosh- nothing really, maybe more rebounding
Parker- attack the basket more
Calderon- defence, attack the basket more, dont kill transition
Nesto- needs to play more
Hump- Free throw
Fino- take less shots
Ford- three pointer with health
Joey- needs to come out ready
Juan- needs minutes

Take a look at his chart, I'd say there's some definite room for improvement.

+1, it seems like the ball is right there but nobody seems willing to just go and get it. On countless occasions this year I have seen a missed shot go off the rim between two raptors and neither of them even make a move towards the ball, as a spectator nothing is more infuriating than that. I'd rather have them both go for the ball and run the risk of turning it over instead of letting it sit there waiting to be corralled by the other team.
If the rest of the guys concentrate on rebounding it will help ease the burden on Bosh and consequently he will have more energy to make the right plays on the other end of the floor. Some of the rebounding woes can be attributed to the defensive scheme which is entirely dependent on help which surrenders countless open shots and leaves everyone dangerously out of position once the ball goes up.

Mine are all offensive related
Bargs - needs to play more loose on offense, he just looks to tight and tense compared to last year
Bosh - needs to focus on being a playmaker for others and help the teams ballmovement, this is what seperates him and Garnett the most
Calderon - needs to be more selective with who he gives the ball to (avoid guys who are forcing it at the time, while finding guys who are hot)
Delfino - shouldn't force it, he's not a superstar and he should play with a glue-guy mentality more than "the big show" mentality
Moon - should NEVER create his own jumpshot, only take set jumpshots, have confidence when slashing and be willing to take contact
Parker - work on more two man plays with the bigs (like he has with Rasho) this would help create more high percentage shots for him, shouldn't create for himself without the help of others
Hump - should understand what a high percentage shot is and only take those, pass much more often
Rasho - use his leadership and knowledge to help his teammates with their decision making, be a player/coach out there
Kapono - watch how Parker finds where he should be parked on the perimeter with where the ball is at that time, he needs to make it easier for his teammates to get him the ball by standing in the passing lanes rather than standing still and watching
Dixon - its too late, he should have learned some PG skills at least a decade ago, classic example of a small player who wasted his skills because he liked to be a scorer more, there's been too many guys like this over the past 10 years and its lead to a league-wide shortage of real point guards
Joey - don't take your teammates on a flight sometime to show them your flying skills, we fans love this team too much for you to take that kind of risk with them

Re: What do the players need to improve on?
I agree with the OP on most points, but just a few changes:
Andrea - rebounding
Moon - take less shots
Parker - has good handles, could use this to drive a bit more often
Nesterovic - is not realistically going to improve anything at this point in his career
Humphries - shot selection
Kapono - get back to taking catch and shoot 3s, no more of this off the dribble sh*t
Andrea - rebounding

Nesterovic - is not realistically going to improve anything at this point in his career
Humphries - shot selection
