Kidd his agruably having his best season ever. Dude Kidd would make KG even better. No matter what any of you say this team would be better off with Jason Kidd on it than Ray Allen.

no thanks. not giving up RA for JK. we dont need s uperstar pg. Rondo is doing just fine and I dont see it being worth giving up a shooter like RA when our PG is doing just fine.

he will get better by playoff time.

Who starts at shooting guard, Eddie House? That's all I needed to know to pass on this deal.

You should include Ben Gordon and Loul Deng in the trade. Then it will be fair.. :noway:

Any GM in the NBA would be stupid to even try to trade with anther team in there conferance that could come back around the finals to bit you in the rear.

And I wouldn't trade Ray Ray and Rondo for Kidd and House.
Kidd's percentages with fast eddie the C's D would certainly be worse and there Offense wouldn't be any better I don't believe.

But Kidd did have 2 prominaint starrs in jersey with Carter and RJ and couldn't do it.

First of all we would keep Rondo. Swcond of all he had to wing players, no big man like KG. He was very successful when he had Martin thought wasnt he. Never mind one of the players is VC he is not the same player he was in Toronto.

Without reading this whole thread there's no way I'd support trading both TA and Ray Allen for Jason Kidd.

Okay, but that could be worked out but you have to agree that Kidd would be better on this team than Allen is. Kidd>Allen. Plus a year shorter contract at max money.

Over their careers, Kidd is certainly better then Allen. But right now, for our team, I'm not sure.

Firstly, House is never starting because he has a serious flaw that prevents him from being a starter...6 foot sg. So who would be the other starter? If there's a deal where we somehow get to keep TA, then the starting backcourt would be Kidd-TA. Even though TA has been shooting pretty well lately, he's still going to be inconsistent and that's an awful shooting backcourt that will get no respect from other defenses. Consequently, defenses will cave on us and dare Kidd/TA to shoot.

Even though Ray hasn't shot that great this year, he still commands respect from defenses and has made a lot of big shots for us. We need that in the starting unit to give Pierce/KG room to work in the paint.

And there's a matter of chemistry which Ainge is afraid of ruining by signing a backup pg. How would chemistry be affected if one of the big 3 is gone?

PP could easily move to the two and put Posey at the three. With KG on the team I dont think we will ever have to worry about chemistry.

I think we can all agree the board would be better without these outlandish, ridiculous trades you post every other day. If you need to do this constantly, do it on the trade board, please.
